Dune Side Paradise è una splendida 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 casa bagno nella comunità Dune Side di Blue Mountain Beach, appena fuori Hwy 30A. We loved our stay. The house was very accommodating for 11 guests. We had 2 issues, the first was some miscommunication about checking in (our email stated we needed to drive to the rental office to pick up parking passes- this information was sent by mistake and caused some confusion while checking in.) The second issue was that the lower level AC was not working. The property manager was very proactive helping to solve the problem. An AC repair company responded within a few hours and then portable units were brought in until the part could be replaced. I really appreciated the timely communication and response to this issue. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed this house. Especially the screened in porch in the evenings. Very clean and close to food and beach.

My life keeps me pretty busy and unrested, so when I do vacation, I want to be able to sleep. The 3 barking dogs next door woke us up every night around 2, and again bright and early at sun rise. Management told me they couldn't do anything about it. When booking the house we looked at several properties and passed on a couple amenities offered by other places because the pictures of this house showed only 4 homes on the block. As soon as we got close we released that wasn't accurate. As we pulled into the neighborhood and saw all the homes lining each side of the road we were pretty disappointed. The neighborhood however is very nice, very attractive homes and we'll maintained. Just wish those pics were updated. Inside the home is very nice, home was clean and we'll maintained. I do believe it is in need of the walls scrubbed down at waste lever and lower or nearing time for a repaint, but not overly concerning by any means. Kitchen is very nice but could use some extra cookware. Also the trash is picked up twice a week, on description says Mon/Thur the other says Tues/Thurs. The only reason this is notable is there are only two small trash cans to hold all your trash at the curb. We had 7 people in our group and did not have enough room. Also didn't help that one can was already full when we got there. The "walk to" locations listed and to beach are truly accurate either. It is several block to any if you are with kids it wouldn't be suggested to walk. Definitely needs a gold cart amenities for use for the price. Overall, I believe we paid a little more than I feel the value we received. With no extra amenities.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and so comfortable! We hated having to cut our trip short due to Hurricane Michael.
