79 Polly Fisk Lane, Dennis Port, MA Affascinante casa aggiornato vacanza, il Master ha una doccia, camino nel soggiorno, ampia soleggiata cucina abitabile con granito, nuovo pavimento di piastrelle e il cursore ad una piattaforma laterale con un patio passo verso il basso. Doccia esterna per ringiovanire dopo una giornata in spiaggia! 1/2 miglio al famoso South Village accanto a Swan River Restaurant, Beach, 0. 6 a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Hagas vicino al nuovo Heritage Sands e South Village Beach! 1. 1 a West Dennis Beach! Aria centrale. livello inferiore Rifinito con TV zona separata / Wii, zona notte hockey da tavolo privata e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti, via cavo, accesso internet, facile .4 passeggiata alla metropolitana e Honey Dew Donuts, non dimenticate Kreme e Kone & Sundae School :) Include due kayak e giubbotti di salvataggio. Tegole e persiane esterne sostituite, cucina e nuovissima doccia esterna rinnovata per la stagione 2016!

Great set up for vacationing with my husband, parents, and our two small children. Clean with great renovations, quiet neighborhood. Deck was used daily, one of my favorite places to enjoy after the beach and at dinner. Overall, perfect location for my family! My dad is very particular on where I’m Dennis Port he likes to stay :-). Many thanks for providing your home for our Cape 2023 family memories.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation, and a home you can truly enjoy, This IS NOT the house for you. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and was fairly clean, although we did have to sweep the sand off the floors upon our arrival. On day two of our stay, minutes after my husband arrived, I received a frantic phone call from the owner, crying that we were disrespecting her house and demanding photos of the number of people inside the house. Upset that my husband parked on their so called "grass", which was an oversight on his part, due to the fact their entire yard is dead grass and sand, we were treated as if we were children with parents watching over us, and not the adults we are with two adult children of our own. The party they apparently thought we were having included 4 friends watching the Red Sox game after dinner. With so many lovely homes to choose from in the Dennisport area, I would NOT recommend this house. I did, however, leave the house cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Thank you for ruining my vacation.

Meg and Jason’s home is a great place to stay . It was clean, cozy and in a great location. We enjoyed the outside deck and spent a lot of time relaxing.. There is a dishwasher, game room, washer and dryer. Close to lots of beaches, restaurants and stores.

We were so happy to spend a week down the Cape at Meg’s family cape house. The location was perfect- a quick ride to beaches, food, ice cream- anything you could want. The neighborhood was nice for walking with our 1.5 year old son and we walked to the nearby beaches a few times. We had plenty of space in the house for our family of 3 and to have my parents join us. We loved eating every meal out on the deck, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. We would love to return again next year!

Our family had a great time! The home was beautiful, great location, and had everything we needed! The owner was great to work with and very responsive! Perfect week!

We were very excited to spend our week in this beautiful house until check out.
Upon checking out, we were informed that we left the house in total disarray which cannot be true since we swept and cleaned before we left. We followed her checkout protocol to a T, however we fell short of completing the laundry she requested. Owner acted as though we intentionally destroyed her house. She accused us of breaking a drawer and staining the comforters (which were in that condition upon our arrival), resulting in an extra $300 fee.
I unfortunately left some of my belongings and the owner has refused to let me pick them up, including a wallet.
Unless you are willing to clean the house from top to bottom, including all the comforters and linens before your 10 am check-out, do not rent from her.

This was my first vacation to the Cape and this house was the perfect place for me and my four girlfriends to stay! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, centrally located, great outdoor space, everything worked and it had A/C for the hot days! Meg and her husband were wonderful to communicate with from the start of the week at check in and throughout when an unforeseen incident came up that is laughable now (a hawk dropped a rabbit on the house—it was a whole thing), and when checking out-very easy to work with. I would recommend them highly and am trying to convince my parents to plan a trip next year!

Great location, close to everything, especially the beach (a short bike ride away). Plenty of space for our teen, tween and 7 year old.
The house has everything you’ll need including kayaks and an all important karaoke machine!

Loved staying here! The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to all our favorite places! We were very happy with the accommodations and modern amenities! The outdoor shower was great! Highly recommended by this family!

We had a great time the weather couldn’t have been better! The house is centrally located, you can go to one the many Dennis beaches or as we did on several days drive to one of the National Seashore beaches. It was great having the central ac as it was very humid during our stay so it made sleeping comfortably. Overall our stay was fantastic & plan to go back next year!!

We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation. The cottage was clean, convenient and had all the space and amenities that we needed for our family of 5. It was a treat to be walkable to the beach and it was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the birds and enjoy the sun. So nice to have a washer/dryer. We feel confident that everyone would have been comfortable inside on a rainy day - not that we had one! There is nothing we wanted for :) Thank you for the happy memories!

Had a wonderful vacation! This house in a nice residential area with friendly neighbors but at the same time it is well located so getting to activities and attractions didn't take long at all. The house is very comfortable and well organised and has a great deck. We would definitely come back and are already thinking about our next vacation.

The house was clean, convenient, and had all the creature comforts anyone could want. I would highly recommend staying in this residence and would gladly return when I want to come back to the Cape.
