The apartment was quite dusty

A friendly and operational host. A building with a beautiful architecture in the Riga centre. Comfortable clean beds, a large refrigerator and a good kitchen stove with a baking oven, near a parking garage.

The dishes, the pans were unwashed, and the forks and knives were unconventional. The wine glasses were completely absent. Damp cleaning equipment could be kept in the hall's help room.

Perfect apartment almost in the city center. Two separate bedrooms makes your stay even more comfortable. Totally recommend!

If we skip broken furniture and missing microwave? Everything is nice for that price, location, beddings are nice and soft, house plan, it's comfy and most important you have a lot of space.

One of four stools was broken and some of them pretty wobbly. Toilet seat was also pretty loose and big thumbs down for not having a microwave, they've got oven but warming up like 2 kW oven just to reheat your food is a bit funny though. And also if it's your first time renting something next to the main street in city center, you better consider one that has AC, for summer time at least, because in the morning you'll be woken up by cars, police, ambulance and maybe even fire engine.(that's not a con of this exact property, but an advice for light sleepers) P.S. I don't think they've mentioned that you can pay cash only. But I'm not sure. It's just that I didn't see it written anywhere.

Clean rooms. Towels. Kitchen is fully equipped. No heard any neighbours. City centre is 5mins away, very comfortable

Very noisy. Church rings bells at morning. A lot of bikers who make street noisy. Sometimes apartament floor starts to vibrate.
