A bit noisy from the restaurants around Few things need repair

It's a great apartment, perfectly situated and well equipped. We were warm and comfortable throughout.

Boiler a little temperamental; we had to restart for hot water on occasion. TV channels via wifi all very erratic so it was hard to watch anything for any period of time.

The location and the view is absolutely amazing. The building is really old and that adds quite some charm. Everything necessary for your stay is arranged. Hosts are welcoming and provide clear instructions prior to arrival.

Cleanliness of the place was questionable... After extending sofa-bed I have found some human nails. Blanket and couch had some stains on them. All the furniture is outdated big time. I do not suggest this place for sensitive sleepers as the building is old and you can literally hear neighbors walking above. Plus right next to the apartment building is quite noisy sports bar.

Fantastic location!

The apartment and view was as good as in the pictures. It was located close to all the major attractions with several good restaurants nearby. Good kitchen with a frig that made ice!! The elevator was super quaint and worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

The location was good and parking was free.

The key locker was somewhat difficult to open. There was no hot water from the shower, wait how long you want. There was coffee, but no French press coffee maker etc.

Well equipped and very well located. Best spot of old town.

The water heater didn’t function properly. restart was required frequently. Window shades didn’t cover the windows totally so at 5:30 is total daylight in the room.

The apartment had a good location and ideal for our stay

Unfortunately, we lived in a different apartment because the previous guest had suspicion of covid. The owner was asking for a different apartment in a similar location. It was OK but of a lower standard, with no city view and very dark.

Very nice apartment, right in the city centre

The apartment was a bit old, but in general everything was comfortable, clean, and it was warm which was all we really were looking for. The location was great as well. The host was responsive to messages and calls, and helped us given a few situations that came up.

Everything, toilet site was broken.. towels, smole ,tv not going .

Location, view out of the windows communication with the host - everything was perfect. Great choice to stay for a night or more in a heart of old Riga

Some reparation need to be done, but this is not critical at all. Gas heater in the living's room cabinet is noisy, especially you can hear it in the night.

The location is unbeatable. We loved the place and the views. In general the apartment is very nice. Beds are acceptably comfy. The heating works perfectly. The parking is quite handy.

I am sorry to say this but the breakfast is not a breakfast. There are only some cheap products waiting in the fridge (pic attached). There wasn’t even MILK. And the coffee capsules were paid (as a written note said). Very disappointing. Apart from this, the kitchen and the bathroom need some more equipment.

Amazing Location and views of cathedral

The location could not be more central in the old town. You can see St Peter's Church from the window.

This accommodation mentions "parking" in the name of the property. However, when we arrived, there was no place left in the dark and messy parking lot. We needed to look for a garage and pay for it. To get to the parking lot you need to drive through an old town street full of drunk people standing in the way. The building of the property is significantly worn out and has graffiti on some walls and balconies. You can see time has passed since last renovation also inside the property, especially in the bathroom. We had asked for twin beds but only one bed was made up. We called the hostess but needed to make up the bed ourselves. We did not meet the hostess during our stay. This property did not meet our expectations - it had a high rating when we made the booking.

The apartment was in the excellent location, clean and comfortable, spacious. The free parking space in the backyard.

As the weather was so hot these days, air conditionning or a fan would have been a hugh advantage. It was something around 28-29 degrees in the apartment.
