I liked the stay in this hotel a lot - great location for shopping with easy access to attractions via subway. The staff was really friendly. I used a laundry service and they returned my clothes the next day. Breakfast was superior for the price.
Room size - the bed takes up almost all free space, but I could live with it. Some people mentioned here that it takes forever to wait for the elevator - did not have such an issue at the beginning of September.

The beds were comfy, the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, the coin laundry was the cheap with really good machines and the location was close to the metro and an easy walk to Dotonbori

Great location walking distance to main shopping and entertainment district and close to the subway on multiple lines.
Beds were comfortable, shower was great and free breakfast had everything you could want.
My only downside was that there was nowhere to unpack your luggage. There are 6 hangers for two people in the hallway (no wardrobe) and no shelves or draws. As we were there for 4 nights it was challenging to live out of 2 suitcases and finding the space to have them open.
A small compromise for an otherwise great stay.

The room looks very new and clean. The bathroom facilities are very good compared to other hotels. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
May need to wait longer for elevators during peak hours. Breakfast is served, very convenient but with limited choices.

Some additional washing machines would be good, they were often full with people camping out in the laundry room to claim the next free machine.

Location was great, close to subway and the hotel gave good instructions how to exit from the subway. Some reataurants in the neigbourhood. Excellent shower and toilet in general, you had several options what kind of shower you prefer. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
The room was small, but was not a surprise. Breakfast room was very crowded, no matter at what time you entered. Obviously too small for the size of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. It was not a typical Japanese style breakfast as it caters to all foreigners/westerners like me. It’s one of the best free breakfast with a value for money! The location was also near to shopping. I can say that all Holiday in express I’ve been to was fantastic!!
There was nothing I did not like about it. But I would suggest to add a free shaving kit & shower cap if possible. Thank you.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic shower, nice breakfast, great location. We were given adjoining twin rooms for the family, which was lovely.

Excellent service, breakfast and shower. Comfortable bed with a great view. The location was a good walking distance to major attractions and close to the train station. Very clean and comfortable.

The room is super clean and there is a tag post their cleaning to indicated disinfected. The bath room is very good with rainforest shower. Bed is comfy too and the staff was very nice including the breakfast has a moderate range considering is complimentary.
Nothing to dislike and just a watch out that for laundry, you will need to send to the lobby and self pick up too. In addition, due to room size, i have opened the luggage and placed it below the table :) just an idea

The cleanliness of the room was immaculate. The shower was the best feature of the room oh and the soft bed too. The washing and dryer facilities were so convenient for a traveling family. As well the free breakfast that kep us full until well after lunch time. Food was fresh and plenty.

I had a great night in this hotel. Really comfortable beds and pillows of your choice. Great location, very kind staff, clean decent size room, nice city view from upper floor, great shower. Good food selection for tasty breakfast, fresh fruit.

The location was great, a short train ride into Namba or a 15 min walk. The room was the largest I've stayed in so far in Japan and was very comfortable. The air con and soundproofing were fantastic and the shower was unbelievable. We are going to miss that shower so much. Will definitely stay here again.
