交通位置非常方便 從關西機場搭南海電鐵40分鐘內就可以到 去心齋橋道敦堀都是步行可以到的距離 住在二樓但晚上又不會太吵 旁邊也有難波parks可以逛 很滿意飯店的位置！ 房間內有按摩機 非常適合走累了在房間按摩！

廁所空間很大 但一直有尿騷味 就算空氣清淨機開整天也沒辦法改善 房間空間不算大 如果一個行李箱全開 就會很難走路

It was a nice hotel in a great location. Towel and trash service daily with room cleaning every 3 days.

Great location. Very clean and lovely room, a good size. Toiletries all provided and very nice. Not just shampoo and body wash either, but also face wash, cleanser and lotions. Even a curling iron and foot massager! Shower itself good too, good water pressure etc. Tatami mats in the rooms which were lovely and made it feel more japanese and not like a standard western hotel room! Breakfast was included and lots of choice, hot and cold/japanese/breads, can have as much or as little as you like and a good chance to try new things! Very tasty and different from our breakfasts in the UK, in a good way!

Little bit noisy outside on the roads, but to be expected as staying in a busy area, which more than makes up for it due to how convenient and close everything is. Never stopped us from sleeping well (we slept very well here) and not the hotels fault even if it was a problem! No noise at all from within the actual hotel itself, we never heard anyone else moving about in their rooms or the corridors.

Nothing I really dislike about the hotel. Take note that it’s a ~8mins walk from Namba Station to the hotel with your luggage and there are some roads to cross.

Location is excellent The next day, early morning we fly to Taipei. Walk distance to the train station with large luggage. It is very convenient who use Kansai airport

It is not for the customers The next day, we stayed at Hotel Gracery Taipei. The room floor is same type but there is no sign

First of all, the location was the best! It’s a 5min walk from the Namba Nakai AirPort Express line and Namba subway stations. Next is the foot massager in the room! It’s the best way to relax after a long walk. Then there’s the room size which is just right for a family of three adults. The beds were also really comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location was just about perfect in relation to Namba station. The staff were courteous and polite and made sure all of our needs were met. The AC worked great and the beds were firm and extremely comfortable. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

A superb convenient location, across the street from Namba station. Less than 10 minutes of walking distance to major markets and shopping places. Many restaurants and street food nearby. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Complimentary late night traditional Japanese snack.

Rooms are too small for couples - no space for luggage, no hooks or shells for towels. Not comfortable or suitable for longer stay.
