Benvenuti a Old Nags Head Place! Questa casa si trova in posizione centrale, con tutti i comfort che si può pensare! La piscina privata lascia il posto a un campo di pallavolo ben mantenuto illuminato la sabbia che è perfetto per la giornata in spiaggia o partite in serata. Non dimenticare Cornhole! Vi è abbondanza di ampio piano di calpestio per osservazione delle stelle e la luna a guardare di notte o forse anche un pasto alla griglia!

We had a great stay in Dove Ocean. Close to the Beach, Close to amenities in Nags Head and surrounding areas. This place was chosen specifically for the ability to house our whole family. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and was able to sleep everyone in comfortably. There were a couple of minor things that that would have helped in the long run. We asked for early check in , and I feel that the cleaning prior to was rushed as we found areas not vacuumed well and had crumbs, popcorn kernels and a small screw on the floor in the living area. All the bathrooms should have had toilet paper in them and that was not the case, thankfully be brought some with us. According to the site, check out is 10am, but our keyless entry locked us out an hour early. Had we not had our phones it would have been difficult to remedy. We would definitely stay here again and we did like the house!!!

Very nice house and very clean. The house was well stocked. Loved the outdoor grilling area. Property management company was very responsive. I wish we were were here during the summer when the pool would be open to we enjoy it. Very close to many eateries, Food Lion and Harris Teeter. nice view of the ocean from the living room deck.Overall enjoyed our stay here, and would return in the future.

We spent a week here with friends and family and everything was perfect!!!! The kitchen was the most stocked thst we have ever seen!!!! Plenty of space for 7 of us, beds slept good, pool and hot tub were awesome!!!! The property was centrally located, had ocean views even though not directly on the beach, parking for 4 vehicles and spotless. Loved the outdoor kitchen and we spent a lot of time out there cooking and lounging in the sun. Will definitely stay here again when we decide to return to the OBX with a group!!!!

Fantastic accommodations for all ages. Clean property. Well maintained. Pool and hot tub were cleaned mid-week when we were there. Having 2 refrigerators is a huge plus and elevator for unpacking and packing up. Loved the DVD collections and the game options. Great property, awesome location! So close to everything!

Dove Ocean was perfect for our family! From the open concept kitchen, dining and living area on the top floor to the TV room on the second floor and the game room on the ground, there was space for everyone to enjoy! The pool area was a favorite for the kids and we all enjoyed the corn hole tournaments in the sandy volleyball area. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our favorite meals which we enjoyed around the large dining room table. It is conveniently located in Nags Head, just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, attractions and restaurants.

Our family enjoyed everything about Dove Ocean! Plenty of Puzzles for the rainy days we had. Outdoor area was great. Played plenty of corn hole and some sand volleyball. Close to local restaurants and ice cream. Not far from beach access, easy walk.

We very much enjoyed the home and size. we were a little disappointed that the pool was full of sand from the previous renters. I know the pool is cleaned once per week so there is a lapse naturally but it was not a great first impression. In addition, nearly every bathroom had plumbing issues and poor draining. We let the rental company know but no one came to fix the issue. The propane tanks were also empty when we arrived so it would be a good idea to check that when doing the cleaning to make sure the new renters don't have to wait for propane to be delivered. Though the rental company was quick to deliver full tanks when we asked (within one day).

Fantastic Beach Getaway
The house was just as advertised, clean, spacious and in a great location. The weather wasn't very cooperative so we made full use of the outdoor grill/bar, pool, spa and volleyball court. Beach access was very close by and easy to get to.
The check-in process could be a little more streamlined, but that is a very minor issue with an otherwise great rental.

Although, we loved the house, location, and amenities, there was one major issue. The hot tub had electrical issues. My daughter was shocked, as was I and my brother. This could have been deadly. I sent two messages to the rental group, as I was unable to get anyone on the telephone. It was unfortunate that this happened and that it wasn't addressed while we were there. I hope it is fixed now for the safety of future occupants.

This is the first trip for all of us following the pandemic. We looked forward to the great amenities of this home and the proximity to all the landmarks. Cape Todd was great for all ages, even the toddlers. The owners took care of everything but the food. Roku and Netflix are provided as well as a huge DVD library for all ages. It is in walking distance to FroYO, the fishing pier, the beach and a few restaurants. Easy access to the beach through the back gate. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to returning to this house in the near future. Thank you for letting us use your home!

The master bedroom does need some curtains over the windows above the bed and a better mattress.
We had a blast . This was our first time in Nags Head . The house was pretty great overall but we did have a couple of issues . We would definitely stay at Cape Toad again

Property is perfect
I gave a lower rating than I normally would have only because I believe the people who rented the property before us were not very kind to it. We got here and the outside kitchen/grill area was a mess and I’m assuming housekeeping just didn’t have time to address it. The rest of the house was satisfactory and once things were cleaned to my liking we could truly enjoy the amazing space! There were three days we ended up not even going to the beach because we had so much fun playing corn hole and volleyball on the sand court (the sand actually felt like beach sand not gross sand box sand). The outside kitchen was so nice to use! We had snacks and drinks there everyday. We had 10 people staying here and we had plenty of space to spread out. We all decided we would trade a beach front property for this property just because of the outside activities at Cape Todd. Overall, I would recommend this property and I would consider staying here again.

My family stayed in this house for the week leading up to my wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for a better place. It was clean, tidy, and absolutely what we hoped for. The views of the ocean were more than I had anticipated considering the house is a few rows back from the ocean. It was so nice to already have sheets and towels at the house so that we did not need to worry about bringing them.
Check in and check out was simple. Beach access is super easy to get to and we enjoyed playing beach volleyball in the sand! I would highly recommend this house to anyone! =)

Was like Disney. Show up with a code on your phone or "magic band" vacation starts. When you need to leave, just check out with the app on your phone. Place is great, all utilities work. Beach access isn't to far. Location worked out for our deep sea fishing event. Make sure you bring soap of all kinds, trash bags, and better off with paper plates and plastic cups so you don't have to keep doing the dishes on your vacation. They have sheets for the beds and packages for towels, which worked out great for us as we had to fly and couldn't bring these items. Everything was great, thank you.

Only complaint is that refrigerator in game room wasn’t working. Luckily we noticed that our ice had melted on Sunday night before any of our food defrosted and spoiled. Called for service first thing Monday morning. No one came. Called again on Tuesday. Someone came either Tues. or Wed. afternoon, said he couldn’t fix it and someone else would come. Made 2 more phone calls after that and still no one had come as of Sun. when we left and never received any phone calls with any explanation. Disappointed in maintenance service. With 12 people in house we really needed the 2nd refrigerator. Other than that, the House was beautiful with great location and we had a wonderful family reunion/vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cape Todd. Close to the beach, clean, wonderful layout, great backyard with volleyball court, and nice amenities. We loved creating family memories there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only issue we had while there was the internet connection going in and out.
