La master suite fronte spiaggia ha un letto matrimoniale, patio privato La seconda camera da letto è una suite con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto, ha un letto matrimoniale e una doppia e la quarta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale la quinta camera da letto è un letto matrimoniale. La zona soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina è molto grande e aperta. Il soggiorno ha un bel soffitto boveda, TV satellitare a schermo piatto da 40 pollici, videoregistratore, DVD, radio. C'è una grande zona pranzo e cucina. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa una lavastoviglie, e la maggior parte piccoli elettrodomestici tra cui, caffettiera, forno a microonde e tostapane, smaltimento dei rifiuti e un grande bar per la colazione che funge anche da area di preparazione. Altri servizi includono splendidi ripiani in granito in tutta la casa, un grande patio sulla spiaggia con mobili, ventilatori in tutto, un barbecue propano, due box auto, WiFi (Wireless Internet), oltre a un ulteriore accesso alla nuova piscina e vasca idromassaggio in Costa Diamante, lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti Richieste di proprietario No Smoking Inside e No Pets. This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. And once again it did not disappoint! It was clean and very spacious for our group of 12 and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is literally in the back yard and is huge! We had no issues and no problems what so ever. The beach is a two minute walk and there are some beach chairs in the garage to make it easy. This home us definitely our favorite in PP and can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this exact private community 5 times already and this was our 3 time renting this house.
The private community: amazing, very clean and well taken care of.
The beach: very sandy! No rocks so you’ll be able to get a good swim comfortably!
The house: really big and it’s right in front of the pool. One thing i do want to mention…the mattress on the bedroom next to the bathroom downstairs and bunk bed upstairs. We have stayed here 3 times already (2018,2019 and 2023) and those mattress need some serious upgrades asap. They’re very uncomfortable; there’s no cushion just metal springs.
There’s TVs inside each bedroom, but none of them have a control remote so they pretty much don’t work (in case you want to watch tv).
Everything is else is good! You wont regret booking this house!

This is our second time staying at Vicente's house and we love the location in the community. The community pool is directly out the back door and the beach is just a two block walk.

My friends and I stayed at the property for a weekend. The location was great, double security to get to the property and a short walk to the beach. The property was also much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I did have some trouble getting entry information from the host, however the day before the trip he did finally get it over to me!

House is nice and warm feeling. Clean and has all the amenities you need. Beach is just a short walk away. Pool in the back is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so.

Home away from home
We arrived a little early and the cleaning crew allowed us to store our belongings in the garage while we ventured out to get lunch.
The home was beautiful and quite big enough for our big gathering. We were steps to the pool and hot tub and close to the beach as well.
We’d definitely stay again. The only thing we wished we’d had while staying was more towels and a can opener, other than that the place was great. The owner was easily reachable and attentive when we needed something.

We were all looking forward to the jacuzzi as advertised. We arrived to find the pool and jacuzzi under construction. Prospective renters should be informed of this.
Future renters need to go prepared with some additional kitchen supplies, for example cookie sheets, foil.
There was clearly some roof damage in the kitchen. Upon arrival we saw an area where drywall had peeled away in about the size of a football. We had a rainstorm and it began leaking and more drywall began peeling off. I informed property management via email.
Hopefully it will be repaired.
Communicating with property management wasn’t the easiest but we had an amazing time and would rent this home again.
