Very clean place, great location, comfortable furniture. A little noisy at night from the street. About 15 min walk to old town, but good shopping close by.

The owner was very good about communicating with us. It’s a terrific location and an extremely nice unit that feels luxurious. Everything was provided. We had one little issue and the owner made it right. Stay here if you want a very pleasant, convenient place during your visit to the San Sebastián region.

Difficult checkin process. Host wasn’t helpful. Listing states there is a king size bed. That’s not true.

The apartment is located in a great location, close to the train station, sights, restaurants & shoppings. The property is beautiful, clean and extremely well-maintained. Felt like staying in a luxury hotel. The host was courteous and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend if you're looking for an apartment right in the city.

Enjoyed our stay in this very clean and cozy apartment. Location was great for easy walk to historic San Sebastián and pintxos tasting. Esperanza was an excellent host, efficient and accommodating to our timing. Would definitely stay here again…

A beautifully appointed apartment very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and retail therapy choices. Following a transport mix-up we arrived 8 hrs later than expected but Espe was there to give us an orientation of the extremely well equipped apartment Highly recommended the apartment and our most gracious host.

Great floor plan, very clean. Espe is very attentive. We enjoyed the fireworks the last night of our stay from the apartment!

The apartment was as advertised and it was spectacular. We accidentally locked ourselves out reasonably late in the day/evening and the host was able to help us out with no issue.

The apartment is gorgeous, the decor stunning and so well equipped. Espe had thought of everything including toiletries. We were very impressed. The area is great lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

If you are coming to Donastia with friends or family you will want to stay with Espe. Warm, friendly and welcoming , Espe’s apartment is Recently remodeled and situated in the middle of town along the river. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach along cafe-lined streets and higher end shoppes .the apartment is on the first floor of a triangular building with a lovely deck . Beds are comfortable kitchen is equipped for cooking. Parking is underground 2 blocks away. Stay with Espe !!

Apt is very centrally located, great local neighbourhood, with bars and restaurants and only 10-15 min walk to the old town but due to its central location, you need to accept some noise at night and in the early hours. Would stay again.

The entire experience with this particular property was an absolute pleasure. Esperanza was a delight to interact with and ensured that all of our questions were answered, both prior to the trip and while we were staying at the property. She is wonderful! This property is perfectly located in a very pedestrian friendly city. The two bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for plenty of room for our group to spread out, and the shared areas were conducive to eating, drinking and conversation. The weather was beautiful, so we were also able to take advantage of the associated balcony overlooking a nice plaza area. I would highly recommend this location both for the quality of the property itself as well as Esperanza and her hospitality. I will definitely stay there again when headed to San Sebastian!

Beautifully appointed apartment with plenty of privacy.nice airy living room with balcony, nice kitchen, spotless, and good decor. Owner met us at door with keys and did a walk through. Easily walking pedestrian street 5 minutes from a stunning gothic church. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Great modern apartment. Very well equipped. Excellent location!

My husband and I rented this apartment for our first visit to San Sebastián. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was very, very clean, and well located. We spent time in Gros, Old Town, hiked Mt. Urgull, took the funicular up Monte Igeldo, and visited all of the beaches. We are in our 60’s, and it was a pretty easy walk everywhere. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located was very charming. Plenty of restaurants and shops. We came ‘home’ late many days and there were still people having dinner and drinks at 11:00 pm. It seemed very safe to me. The apartment itself is on the first floor (second story if you are American) and had a very nice elevator for getting luggage up. The whole apartment was very comfortable and we spent a good amount of time on the balcony, or sitting in the spacious living room. The kitchen was clean and seemed well equipped, although we did not cook there. The bathrooms were also very clean and had very big and tall showers. (Hard to find in Europe sometimes, so greatly appreciated.) When we return to San Sebastián, we will rent this apartment again.

The place is beautiful, with everything you could want. Close to pretty much anything you’d need. We stayed during October and could sleep with the windows closed. Not sure how the ac worked (we didn’t use or need it) but the building is a flatiron building, with the apartment in the second floor prow. As a result, you get a lot of street noise from the bars/restaurants along one side. It’s a second floor apartment, perfect for two couples. Super modern, beautifully decorated.

Fantastic location, surrounded by restaurants, easy walk to old town and beach of La Concha. 3 blocks from car parking if you drive there. Apartment is very nice, at pointy end of the narrow building. Definitely would recommend this place.

Lovely few days in a very clean, well equipped apartment brilliantly located to explore San Sebastián. Just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and some of the many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The beach and the old town are a very easy 10-15 minute walk. Espe is a charming host, who clearly wants her quests to have a great experience in San Sebastián.She responded very quickly to any emails/WhatsApp messages and even booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. Great stay. Thank you

Esperanza is absolutely wonderful to work with; great communications and great information. The property is fantastic. Clean, very well decorated, and comfortable. Plenty of windows and fans that allow a cool breeze to flow through. Well appointed kitchen. Great location too. Just a few minutes to walk to most of major sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment In city centre of San Sebastián.

Wonderful apartment on perfect location in San Sebastian. Cleverly planned with two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and three nice balconys. The whole apartment (and house) is newly renovated and feels really modern, fresh and clean. The only thing you would miss on a warm day is AC. But there are efficient fans in every room which was perfectly ok in June. A perfect choice for 4 persons!

The condo is located right in the center an easy walk to everything in the city and it works great for two couples. If I went back I would stay there again. Sincerely RickCuny

Perfect location The apartment was drilled with sunlight and very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Checking in was very easy. Esperanza was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice, modern yet charming, clean and well-decorated! Very cute balcony to people watch from. The location is decent - probably a 10-15 minute walk into the old city. It’s located in a lively area so be prepared for some noise - it’s not so bad when you close the windows, but since there’s no AC, you will likely need to open the windows at some point, and there are people out at all hours. None of this was particularly bothersome to us - overall very nice stay. One issue we had was parking, but this was not the owner’s fault. VRBO has mistranslated the Spanish posting in English giving the false impression that parking was provided. It was not and the public parking lot was not particularly close nor was it cheap. Again, I blame this more on VRBO than the owners.

Wonderful, nice, clean, well-located! For usthe perfect getaway. Everything is like it looks on the pictures. Just one thing you should know: if you like it quite keep on looking for an other place. It is located just next to a pedestrian street which locates many restaurants and bars. This meens lots of noise. But at 10 or 11 p.m. everyone goes home and it becomes quite. Definitely a place to return.
