Cute place!

Next to the fire station Not recommended for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. My inlaws fell twice on the step going into the bedroom downstairs. They struggled with the stairs. Great place if youre ok with the stairs.

Mattresses lacked support.

Excellent location! We could walk to most things or take the near by free trolley service. The place has historic charm and ambiance. The beds were pretty comfy. The kitchen has pots and pans etc to cook a meal.

There are things that need maintenance and cleaning. There are only plastic blinds on the windows no curtains so it’s very light in the bedroom. The bathroom seems to have mold in the corner and needs painting. The washer dryer was useable but difficult to get the door open and shut. The rug in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. The beds are small and no sleeper sofa upstairs.

Perfect location. Quiet. Property Mgr readily available and responsive. Very clean but seems maintenance has fallen off for such a great property.

With a small effort the property could be a 10. Room darkening blinds, drywall repair, pillow liners, mattress protector-barrier between sheet and mattress, shoe molding on steps and replacing burnt out ceiling bulbs. Local tv channels would be nice.

Great layout - beds and bath on 1st floor, spacious family room , 1/2 bath and beautiful kitchen on second floor. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

There were 3 of us, and the listing said 3 beds, so we thought we were set, but only 2 beds and sofas did not pull out. I let the owner know, he said he would update the listing.

Location was great . Walking distance to riverfront. Cottage was clean and comfortable.

Large apartment in a very good location. The upstairs is very well done. We were able to both walk everywhere and catch buses. Location was relatively quiet, however we did hear people at night, though I'd say that's expected in this town.

The bedroom was extremely dusty. From the ceiling fan, the walls, every single hanger, and inside drawers. The accents need to be cleaned. I reached out and mentioned it however their response lacking. Also, room was very bright at night, it would be so simple to add some black or curtains.

very musty moldy smell. maybe a dehumidifier might help with that. I know it is an old building and maybe there really is nothing you can do. That was our only complaint.

House is clean and comfortable, location is excellent, close to everything. The host is nice and responsive for our needs.

The reality of the accommodations did not match the advertisement. What were listed as amenities were not actually available. Maintenance of equipment (like the digital key pad that served as the lock and entry mode) were not operating correctly which made it almost impossible to enter the accommodation.

Spacious apartment on two levels with a full kitchen in a great location.

Location was excellent. There was no breakfast.

The property only had one TV and it wasn’t working. There was no TV in the bedroom . The property had lots of visible mold and the air conditioning was not cooling to help circulate the air properly . We had to purchase a tan to help prevent me from having an asthma attack. The blow dryer was broken . The entry way light was not working, called and someone came out and said they couldn’t fix it and that they would send someone out during 10-12 the next day and no one showed . We were expecting a replacement TV and no one showed , the TV was very small for the living room area.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Great Service, Perfect location next to all the fun but yet quiet too, and the house was cute and comfy!

Property was very close to the historic River Street district, and lots of amenities!

Property was not a good value for the $344, For a one night stay. In addition, we paid most $40 for parking. The television’ sound did not work, and there were only 2(1 small & 1 regular) glasses I the entire kitchen! This required us constantly washing those two glasses and sharing. I had to call maintenance because the bathroom vanity light was out, and in addition, I asked for sheets for the rollaway bed, which were never delivered.

The Comfy Carriage House was in a great location. It’s such a cute place!

The only thing we struggled with was the steep stairs and locking the door. But, we are a little older.

could use some extra cups in the kitchen, and to fill the rather large gaps on the stairs where the floor meets the wall. other than that no complaints!
