We had prepaid reservations for a room with two queen beds but when we arrived at the hotel the clerk had given away our room! They offered us a room with a king bed but that wasn't going to work for a family of four. At 11pm and in the rain we had to hunt for another place to stay.

We've stayed twice at this one. I like staying in midtown because it is close to downtown and not too far away from tybee. Rooms were clean, the price was good, and the staff was helpful.

We had the king suite. TV in the living room didn't work, after having to plug in TV, fridge, microwave. Ran out of towels the first night and had to go nightly to get towels to shower. I've stayed at better and worse, but I would prob stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff friendly and helpful and thoughtful.

Comfortable chairs or a loveseat in the room would have been nice

I didn’t get to stay. Room was smoke in. was supposed to be a smoke free room.

The outer part of the hotel was very nice. But the rooms are outdated.

The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for.

There were no towels in our room when we got there and we had a hard time getting some. The layout of the hotel was horrible. The floor of the room was dirty.
