Apartment at the end of the Old Port
L'appartamento è situato al 1 ° piano di un edificio di tre piani, con due appartamenti per piano. L'appartamento è composto da un ampio ingresso, 2 camere da letto fernées con due letti matrimoniali, uno in 140 e uno in 160 cm, una toilette separata, un bagno con vasca / doccia, un ampio soggiorno con 2 divani letto 2 posti ciascuna con 2 grandi finestre che si affacciano sul Porto Vecchio e Notre Dame de la Garde, area multimediale con stereo, lavastoviglie fi, tv lcd 117 centimetri, una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, una terrazza affacciata Vecchio Port e Notre Dame de la Garde. L'appartamento è ben isolato dal freddo e dal rumore in una zona molto tranquilla e molto ben posizionato.

We stayed here for only a couple of nights, but the apartment was large and spacious with a great view. It’s also conveniently located in Marseille. The host was very nice and accommodating.

The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Port area with easy access to public transportation. It was a good base for exploring Marseille.
Bring a car is not recommended as parking is limited and very competitive.

We are a family of 5 with teenagers and we enjoyed staying in this large apartment situated on the first floor of a good building. Very good location close to the old port and the MUCEM. There is a beautiful view from the balcony to the cathedral Notre Dame de la Garde. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by.
There is everything needed if you want to cook, wash your clothes, and beds are comfortable. There is parking in the street if you have a car. We did not have trouble finding a spot either during the week or weekend.
Despite the heat in Marseille during our stay, we enjoyed very much staying in this apartment with enough fans for every room. Ms. and Mr. Maurin were very helpful and gave us some recommendations.

Overall, the property was better than expected. It is a modern, large apartment with an incredible view of the area. Located very near most of the biggest attractions in Marseille.
We weren’t sure about the area as we walked up to the location initially, but were very happy when we got into the apartment and began exploring.
The Maurin’s are gracious hosts with a wonderful property.

What a view!
We only stayed for two nights but would definitely recommend the property for longer stays. The rooms are very spacious and there is a full kitchen. The views back across the Vieux Porte and of Norte Dame are lovely. The hosts were very attentive at check in and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay.

J’ai presque envie de dire que ce n’est pas trop bien pour que cette location ne soit pas trop prise. Plus sérieusement, endroit idéal, vue dégagée sur le port et la bonne mère, spacieux, bien équipé, propriétaires charmants et arrangeants. Idéal pour un petit séjour à Marseille.

This was our first time using VRBO and we had several friends recommend VRBO. Our host communicated really well and met us at the apartment upon our arrival to show us around.
The two bedroom was the perfect size for my wife, daughter and I. We loved the corner view with all the windows. The place was clean and the walk to the boardwalk around the old port and all the amazing places to eat was easy.
I highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Marseille.

Tout à fait conforme aux attentes. Très spacieux, confortable, rien ne manque, Très belle vue sur le port et Notre Dame de la Garde. A 10 mn du vieux port. Très belle situation (Le Panier , Mucem....) Commerces de proximité à 5mn. Très bons échanges et accueil des propriétaires. Adresse à recommander vivement.

L’appartement est bien équipé avec de grandes pièces et un petit côté vintage.
L’environnement est assez bruyant mais la vue splendide et à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du vieux port. Le parking est payant entre 9h et 19h.

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce en tous points. L'accueil de M. et Mme Maurin fut cordial et ils sont restés atteignables durant le séjour.
Idéalement centré, voisin du Mucem, proche du Vieux-Port et du Panier. Le quartier bénéficie de terrasses et boutiques fort sympathiques. Je recommande cette adresse.

Appartement spacieux, convivial et idéalement situé. Bon accueil, sympa et professionnel. Seul inconvénient : nous avions 2 voitures à garer et pour la seconde, peu de places disponibles dans le quartier. Je recommande cette location.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is a large apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It requires the climbing of many steps from the harbor area.
It is not quite as close the the port as the picture portrays.
