Ideal for ski in/ski out!

Fabulous location at the base of ski loft A little smaller then I envisioned Clean, well kept with basic supplies Available hot tub

The listing was exactly as described and had the added benefit of having a completely separate loft apartment that allowed my wife and I to have a separate living space from our teenage kids. The location is basically ski in/out so you can't beat the convenience.

We had a great stay at this place it look just like the pictures. The ski locker rocked, halfway between the place and the lift. Love the walkability to town.

If you look for a place to Ski or just a weekend getaway, this Condo is perfect. We enjoyed our walks on the trail along the river, the proximity to Telluride downtown and the accessibility of all locations with the close by Gondola. And the Condo is equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended.

Great location, town bus stops right out front of the lodge, grocery store is within easy walking distance! Will stay again in the future!

The property was incredibly convenient. Getting on the lift in the morning was so easy. The shuttle system runs right by the property to make it downtown when it was a little too cold to walk. The property was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/clean up. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great condo with a great location. The condo was well appointed. Telluride is completely walkable, loved the restaurants, shopping and hiking.

Our trip to telluride was excellent. The condo was just steps from the chair lift. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Short walk to some of the restaurants and the gondola.

We had an excellent stay. Location next to Lift 7 is great. The condo was clean and in good shape with all appliances working. The property manager was very responsive and willing to help. Would definitely stay again.

The property is just minutes from the lift - a perfect skiing location. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped. It's a little older than it looks in the pictures but overall a great stay. Just wish it had snowed while we were there

This 2 BR condo is in a perfect location, right by chairlift 7 and easy access to walk the town. The decor isn’t fancy. It’s a bit dated, but for the price and location, we would certainly rent again. We did run into a couple of issues with the washing machine being broken and ski locker not working, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they fixed both items ASAP after we checked out. My SUV could not fit in the garage space, but there was a very close parking lot we were able to use. Despite the couple of problems, we were definitely happy with the rental and would certainly rent again.

This is a great location with ski out to lift 7. We loved hitting the hot tub every night after a day on the slopes. Easy parking. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay (they even gave us local coffee). Very responsive to our questions. Super easy check in and check out.

This home is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, kitchen table was spacious, couch was so cozy we could all curl up together to watch movies in the evenings. Perfect location to use lift 7 to access the mountain and to walk to the market or get on the bus.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Right off the river trail, you can get downtown and to the gondola within 10 minutes. The property itself was exactly what we needed with a nice view of the fall colors on the slopes. We wished there was more of a view on the river side and that the master bed was a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, great stay!

nice accommodations in great location

My sister and I took our girls (both under 2 yo) for a 4 night stay in Telluride. We knew the trip was off to a great start when the owners let us know they had 2 pack-n-plays and a high chair for us to use free of charge - THANK YOU!! The condo is a little bit on the outskirts of town, which we knew going into it, but it's located directly off of the river trail so walking into/out of town was a breeze. The condo was perfect for hosting young kids, there is a bedroom upstairs, but the stairs are closed off with a door in the living room so we didn't have to worry about the girls playing on the stairs. The other great thing we noticed was how CLEAN everything was. Bathrooms, beds, linens, furniture, kitchen, floors - everything felt, looked and smelled very clean. And there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets available to use. The condo is a bit dated and everything is carpeted except the bathrooms, but the pictures clearly show that and honestly the cleanliness made up for it. It would have been nice to have a small vacuum to use to clean up after ourselves, but that's just a preference. The WiFi was reliable and easy to access, and we never had any issues working the TV or cable. Also, loved that we were able to park the car in a garage, that alone is a huge perk in Telluride. Communication with the owners/rental company was always fast, and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, which was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again and recommend Cimmaron 31 to our friends and family!

Telluride is an amazing place and this condo was the perfect fit for my family.

We went for Jazz Fest. The property is a great location, clean and access was easy. They even texted me to let us know we could check in early.

We rented this during the recent Telluride Mushroom festival and were very happy with the property! We would def rent this condo again! P.S. Be aware that if you have a roof rack you will not fit in the garage!

Couldn't ask for a better location in Telluride. Everything was walking distance and easy to navigate. The unit was clean and pleasant. The only bummer was the heavy-handedness of the HOA. As a person who was born and raised in a tourist town, I understand how bad some visitors can be, but there were a million signs all over the place telling you what not to do, how to act, what was prohibited, etc. and then we had a note left on our car with many exclamation points telling us to move our small trailer from the garage or risk ticketing. Our trailer is a tiny "little guy" and fit completely in the one parking space with our car--not blocking anyone, not even touching the lines. Even though we checked ALL the signs, and ALL the rules...nothing said anything about what can or can't be in the one assigned space. I assume there will be a new sign going up soon. :0) The hot tubs were both broken and chained up. Not the owners fault since that's the HOAs purview, but it was also a bit of a bummer to not be able to use the facilities that we paid for.

I have family in Telluride, so I rented this condo for a brief visit. It has a fantastic location towards the beginning of town, near Clark's market. Super easy to walk the town or use the great bike, walking path along the road out of town. Couldn't be happier with everything in the condo and it's location. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Great experience all around, close to town and ski hill. First time to telluride and it wont be the last! Definitely recommend this property for your stay.
