Perfect house for our stay in TN. The only item missing in the house was a full length mirror.

Management was very responsive when we had issues with no hot water. Sent maintenance out within a couple of hours to take care of the problem

Stayed for work in nearby community, home was excellent provided enough space and amenities for myself and crew.

The house met all our expectations. The property needs a little TLC to make the experience better.
The broken doors, chairs, TP holder, loose railings etc, are annoying but not a total spoiler.
Knowing these issues are likely to be resolved, I would stay there again.

We loved staying at this property. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. Very cozy and tastefully decorated, with a great location accessible to downtown Franklin or the Cool Springs area. Pet-friendly with a nice run area in the back.

This home was very clean. There were lots of small conveniences (eg, toiletries, dish soap). It was nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was supplied with most anything you'd need for a stay during a vacation. It's location was very convenient for the things we wanted to see in Franklin and within reasonable distance to Nashville. The owners were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Place is perfectly located to do a variety of things in Franklin as well as surrounding areas. Recommend Biscuit Love and Brixx Wood Fired Pizza.

We travel to Nashville once a month and stay with kids (5, 10, 12, 13). This place was such a nice surprise! Very clean, comfortable, and couldn't ask for a better location. We'll be back!

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 dogs. This house was great for all of our needs. My adult daughter is in a wheelchair and it's very open and she had no problems moving around. Great quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and easily accessible. Close to many restaurants and activities if you're in town for that. The owners were very open with communication. We definitely recommend and will stay here in the future if the need arises.

This property had every convenience needed for an enjoyable stay. The hosts provided thoughtful
touches like beside lamps that operated by touch and contained plug ins for electronic devices. It had a well apportioned kitchen and flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and living area. There was a nice sized closet in the master bedroom and a beautiful fenced in yard. The house is located on a quiet street and is close to downtown Franklin. We really enjoyed this home and look forward to staying here in the future.

Property just as listed. Super clean, comfortable, well appointed. So much to see and do in this town best part was the art social Friday night downtown. Artists, shopping, music, free drinks.

Super property, easy location, clean and pretty.
Superb cleanliness, felt safe in neighborhood, easy drive-up, nice decor, all needed supplies and then some! Great kitchen table, comfortable, quiet bedrooms, just perfect for me, my daughter and two grandsons to have a great time in Nashville area.

Wonderful One month stay
Wonderful stay in the immaculately clean home. Had sufficient towels, blankets pillows etc and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had just about everything too.
Another review stated about the no sidewalks, which was true, as you had to walk along the road to get to the parks, which were only a few blocks away and I felt a manageable walk. The park was beautiful.
Hosts answered very quickly to any questions.

This home is just a 2 minute drive into town and walkable to Pinkerton Park. It is clean and had everything we needed. Melissa and Jon are quick to respond to questions.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and this home was perfectly located! We loved that we could walk to the park and how quickly we could get places! We would definitely stay again.
