The property was clean, plenty of parking, staff was wonderful. Very nice and pleasant. Everything worked, our room was clean and very comfortable bedding. The products offered in the room were wonderful as well, the hand lotion, body wash, and hand soap I loved.

Finding it was hard because it was hidden behind trees and the sign is visible from the main road. The breakfast was also lackluster. Mostly just continental with dry sausage Pattie’s and weird tasting egg omelette. The waffles were good and the muffins were decent. Overall, not bad though.

Everything was super clean and the staff was so nice. The breadth in the morning was great too! I have no complaints.

The size of the room. The room seemed outdated and dingy. Our room was supposed to have a pool view and sofa sleeper but we got an old wing chair and parking lot view.

I had service charges on both rooms but no one would explain them to me. I paid an extra $20 that I have no idea what it's for. I've reached out to the facility with no reaponse.

1. They had a really nice pool. Nice and clean and inviting. 2. It was nice to be able to make myself a cup of coffee or hot chocolate at any point of the day, at no additional cost. 3. The breakfast food was pretty decent; had a couple options good options to choose from every day we stayed. 4. Great location for those who like to shop in particular, and lots of restaurants in the area to choose from.

1. The tables and the headboard in our room were not cleaned off. There was sticky stuff on both. It was an easy fix though. I simply cleaned them off myself. 2. The staff was mainly friendly, but there was a couple staff members who were not so nice.

Located directly across from the mall, this hotel was very clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. We also visited the pool which did not have much seating around it, but that was not a problem since it wasn't terribly busy. The staff put out free cookies daily.

Breakfast was a typical self-serve continental breakfast, but there was also an option to grab a prepackaged breakfast on the go.
