Absolutely loved everything about this place. The location, gated privacy, cleanliness. The condo was amazing. Love how they retained the old feel of the train depot but completely modernized all of the conveniences. Definitely recommend!!

The old train depot was the perfect spot for a girls trip. Location was fantastic to the beautiful sunsets on the Mississippi River and downtown shopping. Julie was the hostess with the mostess!! she provided us with information on houses to see, places to eat and the BEST cooking class with chef Regina. The VRBO was the cutest place ever. It was homey and inviting. Again. Julie had it stocked with everything you would need. I will be staying there again!!!

We enjoyed the convenient location, nice kitchen/ living area, great communication with owner Julie who thoughtfully had milk in the fridge for our coffee! One note: older folks may find circular staircase to bedroom 2 a challenge but you can carry suitcases up the other stairs and through bedroom 1. Shared Shower is located between 2 up stairs powder rooms.

It has a lot of character and is conveniently located to all of the happening places in downtown Natchez

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable condo in Natchez. This was my families first visit to Natchez and we enjoyed the convenient location. We were able to walk to the river to watch the sunsets and walk to many restaurants and sites. The condo was clean and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your place!

Julie is an awesome host with the most charming condo. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need. This is in a old train depot and still has some original pieces from the 1800’s. Hidden gem in the heart of Natchez.

We booked this place not knowing where or if we were in a safe area beings we had never visited Natchez. It exceeded our expectations on so many levels. The owner has this home stocked with Everything!! And the condo is decorated so beautiful. It also has a beautiful historic feel to it. LOVED IT!!

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at this property. This was a wonderful location and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. Property was as described in the middle of historic Natchez within walking distance to food, entertainment, and site seeing. Loved the historic building with so much old charm and very comfortable. They provided everything needed and were a phone call/text away with any needs. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This was our first location for a journey up the parkway. It was easily accessible from the parkway and was within walking distance of many restaurants and historic homes we wanted to tour. The kitchen is the best stocked of most any place we have stayed. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the condo is so close to the street and the carriage tour that there is no privacy to open the curtains. There is a nice courtyard on the other side. I just missed being able to enjoy an outside view while sipping my morning tea in my pjs. I highly recommend touring Stanton Hall and the Rosalie Mansion. We enjoyed eating at100 Main Spirits and Eatery. You can eat inside or outside which has a nice view of the river. The food was great and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there the first part of the week and many restaurants and businesses were closed. If I had it to do again, I would start our journey mid week so we could visit more locations. We enjoyed strolls along the river front (which is only1 block away) every evening and the carriage tour right outside the front of the condo is a wonderful way to tour the city and learn some of the history. Try to get one of the parallel parking spaces along State St to load and unload your things. It's much closer than the gated parking lot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and wish we could have had a few more days to enjoy the area.

Super cute, comfortable and great location! You can simply walk out the door and enjoy so many wonderful things Natchez has to offer. We will be back!

I did not understand fully until just before arriving that we would be staying in a converted train station. Everything was so beyond my expectations. The courtyard and train platform were just lovely. The interior of the condo looked like something from an HGTV design show. The bed in the master bedroom was amazingly comfortable. All of the train station touches inside the condo made for a unique and fun experience. We were walking distance to so many things including Natchez Under the Hill, the river front park, and several great restaurants. We were there during the filming of a Hallmark Christmas movie which made things even more fun!

Wonderfully decorated, super clean walking distance to downtown, brewery and Smoots. Perfect girls get away. I’ll definitely be back.

We came back to town for our architecture student to see Longwood and to eat at Fat Mama's. This condo is so comfortable and beautiful. It's our second stay here and we won't stay anywhere else.

What a cute place! Perfect size for 4 fun-loving retired teachers/principals, and located so close to restaurants and historical sites. The carriage ride was excellent with Randy as our knowledgeable guide, and these rides are located right outside the condo premises. We will definitely return to this great location!

It was Great!! We loved the court yard and the ambiance of the old train depot. It was cozy, comfortable and a perfect home away from home. We met a couple of neighbors and were even invited to sample Barbque and see their unit. I would definitely stay again and recommend Julie and her Depot.

This condo is in the perfect location for walking to explore downtown Natchez. It’s unique, comfortable, & beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First, Julie Sanguinetti was the very best host and replied to any request quickly, even after we arrived and needed TV remote assistance. We loved the kitchen as we enjoy cooking some of the time when on trips. She does need to provide pot holders. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The hot water was good and hot and the air conditioner was very cold—2 biggies for me. Walking distance to many restaurants and historic homes. Gated parking was convenient. I will stay here again if we return to Natchez.

We loved staying at this property—it was well stocked with anything we may need and perfectly located in downtown Natchez.

We had a wonderful two nights in Natchez. My husband and I brought our 19 year old daughter and her best friend, both in Architectural School, to see the city. They adored the Depot Condo and Fat Mama's right next door. We were unfortunately only able to go in one home. All the the others were closed to visitors, but we were allowed to roam the grounds of many others. The girls took hundreds of pictures. All in all, it was a fantastic trip and the condo itself was a definite high point!

This condo allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend(The Camp, Stanton Hall, Natchez Coffee Co, Natchez Brewing Co, Fat Mamas and just one block across from the river). It is cozy and decorated well, while keeping the charm and history of the building. We will definitely stay here again, if ever back in Natchez.

This condo was build in the city's old train depot. Very quaint and had everything we needed. Very clean! Great location! You can walk everywhere and there is a horse and carriage on the corner. First come, first served. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We were planning a weekend getaway for our anniversary and decided on Natchez. I grew up in Natchez but don't get back often so we decided to go. We found this condo on vrbo and it looked nice, was reasonably priced and had good reviews. It was everything we expected and more. We were able to rest and recharge in this well updated condo. It’s quiet at night and conveniently located. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and has plenty of toiletries, towels, and such. The kitchen is also well equipped. The photos are accurate. Julie is helpful and responsive.

Great location to convention center, eating places and historic places. Highly recommended.

Loved the condo - a section of a former railroad depot. Great location within walking distance of all the main downtown historic homes and buildings. The condo is beautifully decorated and the king we slept in was so so comfy. Great place to stay. Amazing historic town.
