APARTMENT AND TERRACE WITH SEA VIEW
Grazioso appartamento per 4 persone, situato al primo piano di una casa completamente ristrutturata.
Gli ospiti possono godere di una vista panoramica sul porto, St Malo e Torre di Solidor.
Esso include un ingresso, una cucina separata da un bar, salone, 2 camere da letto, bagno, 1 WC indipendente, le camere dispongono di grandi armadi.
Una terrazza coperta di 30 mq permette di godersi il sole in tutta sicurezza. (Mobili da giardino e sole)
Il centro della città, il mercato (Martedì, Giovedi e Sabato), ristoranti, casinò, cinema, il molo, la piscina olimpionica con acqua di mare si trova a 5 minuti a piedi.
È possibile raggiungere il centro città dal lungomare Clair de Lune si trova a 50 metri dall'appartamento.
Bellissime passeggiate su sentieri doganali hanno la loro partenza nei pressi Priorato della spiaggia e offre collegamenti alla diga della Rance.

Everything was perfect. The appartment, the situation and the view from the appartment were amazing. There was a restaurant only 2 minutes walk away that served exceptional meals. We hope to return.

Ideal apartment for a small group perfectly positioned by the sea and the lovely town of Dinard

Suited us very well. Well equipped, comfy beds, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine with laundry drying rack. Photos don’t do it justice. The sun terrace is wonderful, with fantastic views across the Rance and to St Malo. Within walking distance of food shops and countless restaurants and having the Promenade Clair de Lune on our doorstep was fantastic. Great for running/walking. My husband used the sea water pool every day.
This was a great apartment, in a perfect location and made great use of the available space. We loved it

The terrace and the view are breathtaking, as well as Dinard and St. Malo which made each of our days special. Cleanliness was a bit limited, that we cleaned up a bit after our arrival.

Fantastic terrace overlooking the Sea and Staint-Malo
We had a very nice Holiday in Dinard. The apartment has an ideal location close to supermarkets, shops and beaches and we spend many hours on the terrace watching the changes of the sea and sky.
The only minus is that it is very difficult to get a parking space nearby.
Thank you for a lovely holiday - we are already considering to come back :-)

Beste Lage
Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage, alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Markthallen etc. sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Die große Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick suf die Bucht bzw. auf St. Malo. Küche bestens ausgestattet, gute Betten. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen in der nahen Umgebung zur Verfügung.

Appartement superbe, équipement complet, une grande terrasse avec vue sur la baie et Saint-Malo. Le centre ville à 5 minutes à pied, vous oubliez votre voiture le temps du séjour.

Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser, die Aussicht auf St. Malo ist super, die Wohnung selbst ist super, es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Terrasse ist riesig und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Jederzeit wieder.

Mooie woning met fantastisch uitzicht
We hebben 6 dagen zeer prettig gebruik gemaakt van dit gezellige appartement. Het is voorzien van mooi, ruim terras met uitzicht op de baai met zeilboten.

Notre hôte, est à l'image de l'appartement, calme, acceuillante et magnifique !
Espace vie très convivial et fonctionnel. Équipement complet. Literie très confortable. Cerise sur le gâteau, la terrasse !! Spacieuse, avec vue sur baie et utilisable par tous temps (pour les récalcitrants à la Bretagne !!).
A 5 minutes à pied de toutes commodités.
