We enjoyed our stay, this home was perfect for our family. We would like to come back some day it was a great get away.

Perfect house for a big group. Very comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed. Just could have used more towels but it was workable. Chris was great. Checked on us and very responsive.

Spacious and comfortable home, with everything we needed for grilling, cooking, and relaxing. Lots of living & dining seating, in & out. Huge well-equipped kitchen—very large fridge /freezer, with bar seating. Wifi/Internet worked well except in Master bath. Airplay to LR TV or stereo (once we figured out how to use them). Nice small pool to cool off in. Ping pong & foosball lin the air-conditioned garage. Very private corner lot on the edge of open space. Lake Havasu Marina and Safeway groceries about 10 minutes away. Things to know… No ice maker, but freezer holds 60 pounds of ice. Garage has only 1 indoor space free, but plenty of driveway and gravel parking. Ask about operation of TV, stereo, and pool in advance. 4th bedroom & bath are off the garage.

It was great

Everything was awesome. The house is alot biggest then we thought. Grilled some hotdogs on the bbq. When we got back from being on the boat all day. We Played in the pool with the family. The setting for pool was off alittle. The waterfall off the rocks came on at night. Lol i highly recommend this place. So nice!! 💯

Great clean place with plenty of space. Great location close to the lake and stores. No issues what so ever. I would definitely choose this house again for our next Havasu trip.

This house was totally stocked with any and everything you would need to have a great vacation. The coziness of it, made you feel at home. Chris was easy to get in contact with and accommodated our request. We will be staying here again!

The house is roomy, the living room furniture is so nice, everything is clean very confortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Chris was very responsive and the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for several cars and our 22’ pontoon boat. Use of the climate controlled was a nice bonus. The pool although smaller than expected was great and the house was really clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really nice and close to everything. I can’t think of anything I would change about the property. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and comfortable,. The only problem was the listing said you have access to the 5 car boat deep garage. You could probably fit 5 compact cars in but its realistically a single car and an extra deep 2 car. There was only room for my boat trailer in one side of the 2 car because the owner has his own boat in the other half. The single garage had his RZR parked in it. The home and location are very nice but if i knew I would have to park my truck outside i would have booked somewhere else.

LARGE HOME, ROOMY, COMFY,

It was a great property. The kids had a blast in the pool and with the games and ping pong table. Very close to the lake and has a lake view from the balcony. Very accomodating and responsive host. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay. Home owner was very pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. House was clean and beautiful. Close to the water and boat launch. We all had a great time. Would stay here again.

Property is very well maintained. Close to everything we love in Lake Havasu City. Great neighborhood! We will be back!!!

This beautiful home has everything! The pool is wonderful and the viewing deck is fabulous-overlooking beautiful Lake Havasu. You can experience every sunrise and sunset on a private second story deck. This is our third year in a row-that's how much we love this area and especially this home.

This property is in a great location with a beautiful pool and landscaping. It is close to town, the lake and public trails out your back door. The home is very well kept with everything you need for a short visit or extended stay and the host Chris was very responsive and accommodating . We would definitely stay here again, thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Stayed there with my family for my birthday day weekend and we had a great time. Plenty of space and things to do.

The Pool – It is very small and in desperate need of resurfacing, to the point ALL of us had to wear our water socks to avoid our toes and feet being all scraped up. The water fall pictured is not usable as we had assumed, it is just a water feature for looks and just goes into a catch basin below that contains the pool auto fill float, so you are asked not to even enter the area where the waterfall is located, that area is also very dirty, and that water circulates back through the pool you’re swimming in Pool Instructions - The typed instruction for the pool clearly states you need to use the “Pool Remote” to control the pool and not to use the pool control panel, so we searched high and low everywhere for that remote before I finally reached out to the owner who said: “No Remote. It’s on order. I can turn on the waterfall remote”. We didn’t want to have to contact the owner each time we wanted the waterfall turned on or off The Furniture – The couches were disgustingly dirty and the one has a large rip in it, not a small tear as the owner told us. It was so dirty I put a sheet on the area I sat at, and ironically the instructions ask that you not have your pets on the furniture, yet it’s old, dirty, very worn, and way past it’s use date The Blinds – The living room Blinds and the Kitchen Blinds do not work, the wand turns but they do not open or close, you must manually turn every slat. The kitchen sliding glass door and primary bedroom sliding glass door blinds have vertical blinds with several missing slates, so if you go to bed and others in the home are up, the lights from the kitchen/living room shine into the primary bedroom as does the early morning sun, they need to be replaced. Pictures – This is merely and observation by all of us, though it does not affect the property it is just a very different twist on the aesthetics of the décor. Nearly every single room has a picture of the homeowners posing in various pictures, the living area alone has nearly one dozen pictures of them, so everywhere you look you are reminded it is their home. In all our many previous rentals we have never been inundated with pictures of the owners everywhere we look, but rather had neutral décor or décor representative of the area we are staying.
