Internet was broken for a two days, responsible T-Com!

Gute und praktische Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden was für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt wird, bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber, telefonsicher Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Aufzug vorhanden

주차장이 약간(20m) 떨어져 있고 독일어 표지판때문에 처음에 위치 찾기가 힘들었습니다. 영어 표지판을 추가하는게 좋을것 같습니다. 숙소 위치가 약간 약간 떨어져 있습니다

shower wasn’t great, water was running out every time we showered. the street was busier than expected- cars were pretty loud if you have the window open.

Everything. Apartment is so nice!

Our stay in the apartment was meant to be a combined work/vacation trip. Unfortunately the internet connection was out of order which caused us a lot of trouble. All in all I think we called the property management 8 times about this problem. Every time we got a promise that it should be fixed in something like an hour or so. We finally realized that the management doesn´t give a s..t about their costumers. Another problem with the apartment is that it is advertised as a two bedroom apartment, unfortunately we could only find one ! The apartment looks clean and well maintained but cockroaches could be found in the bathroom !
