Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es fußläufig an der Konzerthalle war, wo eine Veranstaltung stattfand. Man konnte das Auto gut im Umfeld des Hotels parken. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad sauber und sah auch neu renoviert aus. Das Bett war weich und bequem.

Der Empfang kurz und bezog sich auf das Nötigste an Wortwechsel. Leider habe ich ein Zimmer direkt im Treppenhaus neben dem Aufzug bekommen. Die Zimmertür war direkt gegenüber der Aufzugstür im Treppenhaus. Der Aufzug ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen, er ruckelt und ist laut. Das bedeutete, dass man alle Gäste, die das Treppenhaus nutzten und auf den Aufzug warteten, sehr deutlich und laut hören konnte (schallte sehr durch das Treppenhaus...alles war mit Steinplatten gefliest). Ebenso hörte man das dumpfe Brummen des Aufzugmotors und den Aufzug selbst. Schlafen war daher erst möglich, als sich kaum noch Gäste im Hotel bewegten und der Aufzug nicht mehr so häufig genutzt wurde..........Sehr unschön! Daher war ich froh, dass ich mir nur eine Nacht "um die Ohren schlagen" musste. Für mich war daher die Funktion des Zimmers (entspannt schlafen und ausgeruht am nächsten Morgen abreisen) unbrauchbar. Die meisten Zimmer liegen in Seitenfluren mit Türen zwischen Treppenhaus und Lift, aber eben leider nicht mein Zimmer. Das Sofa im Zimmer hatte undefinierbare Flecken (genau in der Mitte der Sitzfläche).

Just what you need - clean room and good bed. Reasonably priced. Very good location in rather calm street.

No complaints. It fulfilled my expectations.

I had a nice stay at the hotel which is about a 12 min walk from the central activities of Stuttgart. Simple hotel but very clean and my room was nicely decorared. Would recommend it if you are looking for a good priced hotel not far from the city centre. Also the scenery a few blocks from the hotel is very nice and calm.

the room was freezing. it was very cold, I had to wear a coat and sleep. the room didn’t get warm even after turning on her heater.
