Great hotel - wonderful room, helpful and pleasant staff at reception, excellent cleaning staff who worked really hard to keep the place neat and tidy. There isn't a great deal to in Nukus, but Tashkent Hotel is in a great position. The free airport transfer is handy.

No problems, though the breakfasts (which were fine) didn't hit the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

Specious rooms and the bed. The property did not charge tourism tax in the amount of 45,000 in local currency for foreign nationals and 12,000 in local currency for local national. Courtyard Marriot in Tashkent city charged extra tourism tax on top of what was paid through the third party search engine such as booking.com.

There were only two pillows and one blanket. The blanket was not big enough to cover the bed. We had to request additional two pillows and a blanket. No shower gels and very bad quality shampoo. Take your own if needed. TV power cable was missing. We had to ask them to bring one so we can plug the TV in the room. There was no sugar in the room. We had to ask to bring sugar. Shower door did not fully close. I did not notice any irons or iron boards. Probably one needs to ask for one. We had to ask for additional towels, robe and sleepers. Towels and robes are overused and half of them were darker than the others. They were no longer bright white.

The location of the hotel is very good: a quick walk to the Savitsky gallery. The staff were very helpful and the food was very good, particularly dinner which they serve until very late, which was convenient as we arrived on a late flight. Rooms are very large and spacious.

Room was clean and quiet for the most part. Clean bathroom with hot water. Provided a much needed hot shower and rest after several days out in the desert. Staff was very friendly and helpful - I left something in my room and was able to retrieve it without incident following checkout. Location is great (10 minute walk to the Bazaar, 20 min to Savitsky/center of town) and I would stay there again.

Guests in the next room were loud (TV and loud phone conversations) which might mean walls were a bit thin. Breakfast was also very minimal based on my observation, but I ate at a local restaurant anyway. No issues otherwise!

Bed was comfortable, shower had hot water, and room had a working AC unit. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the bozor and the center of town, and it is easily found by taxi drivers. Staff was very nice; lost a notebook and was able to return and retrieve it without issue. They also organized a taxi for me early in the morning, which was appreciated.

Breakfast was a bit limited and the walls in the room were thin (could hear my neighbors phone conversation and TV during my second stay)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and I was pleased to have two balconies to choose from. The hotel doesn’t have much character, but it was a perfectly nice place to spend a night in Nukus.

The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. They accommodated our needs and even provided a hotel room for us to take a shower and freshen up after we arrived from an extreme tour into the desert and before we went to the airport. The rooms were big and clean and overlooked the bridge and river. The breakfast was good as well.

The bathroom could have used more counter space and better lighting over the mirror.

I returned to Tashkent hotel after one year, having enjoyed staying there the first time. The food is good, service excellent, rooms are unusually big.

The price for two is unfortunately twice the price for one.

The restaurant didn't have anything we wanted from the menu. We asked for sandwiches but they couldn't make them despite having bread and cheese available for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with a tour to the ship graveyard and transport to Khiva. The room was very big with a separate sitting area with the most uncomfortable sofa and a huge TV. The whole decor is austere and basic.

Central location, supposed to be the best hotel in Nukus. Friendly stuff. All rooms have balconies, some of them with a great view on the city.

Wi-fi is a disaster. Not all credit cards are accepted. The ATM in the lobby did not work. When paying in cash, the price appears higher than declared at booking.com.

Great value for money, room was very spacious and clean and it had a very good internet connection which is very rare these days. All the necessary commodities were available and in general I found the stay very comfortable.

Not much to complain really, I think they could do better with the breakfast as it seems a bit stale and with very few healthy options. Especially for the time, I think assorted fruits would really add up as I found only sweetbread and cookies.
