The place is big, every room had its own toilet and was extremely clean. The kitchen was good and also the other utilities. The pictures don't reflect how good it is. Ann was always there for us. Thank you!

Honestly the pictures don’t do you justice .. Because the house is beautiful,comfortable, cozy and relaxing with modern Decor .. This is property was perfect for a small family like mines it fits 2 adults and 2 to 3 children comfortably. The 2 separate bedrooms are very big and have there own bathroom 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower combined . 1 bedroom has a big screen Tv and there is a single bed that can be requested if needed . I also liked the fact that there was a washer for use first load is free once per week any additional is $5.00 per load .. The biggest plus for me was that there are vehicles that can be rented right on the property for your convenience and the price is reasonable $6000 JMD a day for a car and $9000 JMD a day for a 7 seater these vehicles are modern up to date top of the line . You will need a vehicle if you don’t like to walk as the house is a 5 to 6 blocks from the clubhouse with pool tennis court children’s play ground and exercise facility . The main road is further and so are the shops around kfc Pizza Hut and grocery store ect.. I enjoyed the late night walks and strolls through out and around the property . Bonus 🥰 Devon ice cream truck comes around on Sundays right to your door $600 JMD gets you a good size cone the kids loved it ..

There isn’t anything to dislike about the property as it was Perfect. FYI your sharing the house with the owner and there are cameras that monitor you all around the house which we didn’t mind as we had young children we needed that extra security and stacy Ann is a wonderful host very nice,respectful and she is there for your every need .. If you are a person who loves complete privacy or is noisy because quite time starts at 10:00 pm and you prefer a house to yourself this isn’t the property for you ..

honestly, there wasn’t really anything that I like about the property.

I love the area and the security. The owner was very pleasant and attentive to my needs.

The house is in need of some minor repairs but her hospitality compensate for the needed improvements.

Host was very professional and polite. I also liked the property and where it was siuated.

The security guard was not polite in the initial stage. Entering through the main gate can be lengthy.
