Everything was beautiful, clean and safe. The food was pretty good, we were always able to find something we wanted to eat.

The premises (pool, beach, etc) is OK. Good coffee & cokies. Acceptable food service in genral. Clean and calm. General overview: Standard.

The room didn't have shower and when I reported it to front desk the told me it's like this. After a few minutes of explanining them with a vide I made they understood what I was talking to and they said it is what it is. Not all, but the majority of staff with bad humor and reluctant to help. Incorrect access/direction details provided in the app (I went to another resort). I would not ever choose this resert and strongly recoment not to go here.

Food was great.

My shower keep over flowing and flooding my bathroom.

The staffs were welcoming and friendly. They treated customers with utmost respect.

The food sucks. As a pregnant woman spending my anniversary with my husband, I was expecting more variety of food to choose from. Every day its basically the same dishes repeating. I spend more time vomiting what I ate than what actually stays down. I would not this place again. And another thing, there's not much activities to participate in during the day time.

The Platinum Restaurant and some of the staff. The Sasha at the front desk was excellent. The buffet staff was excellent.

The beach, no pool activities, and music at the main pool. The entertainment needs to be done over.

Property was eco friendly. Loved the gazebos with surrounding plants, which aided a relaxing stay especially in summer.

Everything was beautiful. My boyfriend and I went for my 21st birthday and we absolutely loved it. The vybz, food, energy, views, staff, my room, music, restaurant, etc… We also had a romantic private dinner on the beach and room decorations for my bday words could not explain how wonderful our experience was there. And we definitely felt safe, the security guards always interrogated us and our driver before we left for our excursions (this is a plus not a negative). Also if you are a chess lover, they have life size chess board.

The food is always delicious both times I stayed there.

The nightly entertainment is old fashioned.. Needs more modern music..

Breakfast was great. I like the variety/options. I enjoyed every moment of it.

The food was tasty. We enjoyed the Jerk chicken especially!

Limited choice of fruit in the breakfast buffet. There was also obvious disparity in the treatment of locals as opposed to tourists.

I must say the plantain was nicely fried. Didn’t like the option for breakfast such as liver, no dumpling available 0/3days we were there.

Need More Jamaican choice of breakfast. Fry breadfruit ackee and saltfish salt mackerel and such.
