There's nice common area with good WiFi upstairs. The staff is nice and helpful. It's very clean.

It's very far from the center of Semporna. The room didn't have a window and it was a bit too minimalistic. You can hear everything that's happening in the building. We were woken up by an alarm clock from a different room many times 😂

Basic room but was fine for our stay

Location is a little too far to walk in the heat every day so we did have to get taxi’s if we wanted to go to the harbour front. Floor in room felt a bit dirty so when you got out the shower your feet felt instantly dirty

Omg worst experience ever. Both of the staff there (old men and women) talk to much, and i feel uncomfortable because i can hear them talking. The room super small and no window at my room. Not recommended stay there.

1.Good place for a short period of time. 2.Aircond good condition. 3.Good bathroom, they have seat toilet for short and tall person. 4.non reserve parking, but got many available park lot. 5.police patrol at night, safe environment. During my stay. 6. Not far from jeti pelancongan, take less than 10minute to arrive(for those who are going for a boat trip)

1.Thin wall, can slightly hear someone talk or alarm phone sound. 2.No grill window for bathroom, this need to be built ASAP.

It was out of the main busy town. Big breakfast lots included, good if you like traditional Malay food.

Mould on the walls, cat paw prints on the bedding, hair in the bedding and on the table ( in multiple rooms) no windows in the rooms, smelt strongly of damp and paint. We asked to get a refund and leave and they wouldn’t allow us to have a refund, we stayed in another room again had hair but less mould! Rooms also not soundproof. Mattress was old and springy.

Service and location was convenient

Poor maintenance. Room had moulds and dust everywhere, even on bed and bathroom

Liked the simplicity of the place, and its proximity to both a bakery for some breakfast, and a lunch/dinner joint which had some great food.

The doors were very thin and you could hear people talking on the other side of them.
