Someone needs to sharpen the knives in the kitchen ;) The apartment is located a bit on the side, 15min walk from the old Nice. Currently, it is next to a big construction (as of summer 2023). There was NO noise from the construction when we were there, but be aware that this might be changing.

The flat is modern, well equipped, offers a drying rack, sun umbrella, iron, all kitchen stuff (except for a bottle opener, I had to buy my own one), wifi works well, sugar, salt, vinegar, coffee capsules, washing/drying machine, washing detergent, al the necessities are there. Cleaning was done properly before we arrived.

Very old building and therefore terrible pungent smell in the building on the ground and first floor, I had to hold my breath every time when I entered or left the apartment. Sewage smell in the shower all the time, coming probably from old pipes. Very (!!!) noisy street, cars driving even at night and very bad sound insulation. Construction nearby, drilling half of the day (June 2023). No dark blinds on the windows, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, make sure you have eye mask and ears plugs. I couldn't sleep properly a single night. The street where apartment is located is not nice, quite shabby, although in 7min walk you'll be at a beautiful Garibaldi square. One window faces the noisy street, another - dirty shabby inner side of the building. Although apartment is nicely renovated, has two windows and a window in the roof, it is quite dark and it feels like you are in the cave. I wouldn't rent it again. The owner gave the whatsapp number for communication and I had a strong feeling I was talking to the chatbot, not a real person. For the same price and same number of nights that I paid here, I have rented another aparthotel in the very city center with the quality 10 time better than this.

The apartment was very clean and modern

in our 70s had to climb 3 flights of stairs with cases and every time we went out should say no lift in the write up there is no information of anything in English of what buses etc go to the centre of Nice or anything about the trams to catch a welcome pack is needed in English

since the parking is not close by, unloading and loading the luggage from the car is made by shortly blocking the one of the two lanes of the street in front.

Modern and comfortable. Excellent value, it has all and more for the 3-stars accomodation.

It's near one of the main city roads.

- Good location to visit things at Nice. - The owner was very attentive. - The apartment had everything needed and a good distribution. - The A/C warmed up the place nicely (we were visiting in winter).

There are stairs, no elevator, just mentioning here in case this is important for someone.
