Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Nous nous sommes senties vraiment chouchoutées ! Mention spéciale à Jenny qui a été d'une gentillesse remarquable ! Nous sommes venues avec nos 2 petits chiens, et eux aussi, ont été accueillis très sympathiquement, ce qui est assez rare pour être précisé ! La piscine chauffée en sous sol est très agréable. L'emplacement est à 3 min à pied des plus grandes artères, tout en étant très calme !

Le petit-déjeuner manquait d'options veganes (nous en avons fait la demande lors de notre check-in...) et la composition n'était pas assez explicite. La chambre était assez petite, et il n'y avait pas de sas d'entrée dans la chambre, et par ce fait, nous avons entendu les bruits venant des passages, puisque nous donnions sur l'ascenseur. Elle manquait enfin de luminosité, car il n'y avait qu'une seule fenêtre.

Nous avons passé un moment magique au sein de cette hôtel, le personnel super accueillant Aux petits soins. Le confort des lits, le petit déjeuner, et une magnifique vue sur terrasse. Je recommande fortement

Mooi hotel, mooie kamer, centraal gelegen.

Het ontbijt was niet in verhouding tot de prijs. Voor eitjes of omelet moest je relatief veel bij betalen. Pannenkoeken en wafels waren niet warm. Koffie moest je bestellen. Een gemiste kans. Het hotel heeft een wellness met sauna. Deze was helaas gesloten tijdens ons verblijf. Dat had men op voorhand mogen vermelden.

Séjour de grande qualité, Sauna et hammam en rénovation, dommage pour nous, hors saison. Dommage que le petit déjeuner relativement cher (25% plus cher que Lyon) ne soit pas comme à Lyon, un petit déjeuner / Brunch. Se serait très apprécié

I loved the decor and the art- the size of the rooms and their quirky furniture. The breakfast was excellent - everything you needed and could have asked for, including a bit of bubbly. The reception, waiters/waitresses and bar staff were lovely. It was in the middle of everything shop wise and plenty of local restaurants - with a rooftop and indoor pool. Tram 2 to he airport is under the road outside which you could not hear - the tram carries on as far as the old port which has some nice restaurants too - 1.70 euros a journey. Location was between the station and the seafront.

Outside the breakfast, which was excellent: the rooftop pizzas were a bit bland, soft on the base and expensive and the restaurant was expensive, with portions a little small. The wine was pricey.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Recht kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer, mit geräumiger Duschkabine mit Duschkopf und zusätzlicher Regendusche, separate Toilette mit Bidet. Elektrische Jalousien zum verdunkeln des Zimmers. Stets freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Beide Pools, einer auf dem Dach unter freiem Himmel und einer im Spa sind aufgrund ihrer geringen Größe zum platschen, keinesfalls jedoch zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war an Einfallslosigkeit kaum zu überbieten, 10 Tage lang immer exakt das gleiche Essen. Immer die gleichen beiden Sorten Wurst (Mortadella und gekochter Schinken), 3 Sorten Käse und Lachs - das war es. Die Warmspeisen, Kartoffeln, Paprikagemüse und Pizza waren immer kalt! Für 620 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich von einem 5-Sterne Hotel deutlich mehr! Zimmer zwar schön eingerichtet, bieten aber keinen Balkon oder wenigstens eine schöne Aussicht.

Swimming pool could have longer working hours, especially in the hot summer months like these, it would be great to use it in the early evening when the temperature cools down.

That the closet was small and open

The Boscolo is an elegant hotel, delightful rooms with lovely staff and well situated. The rooftop bar is excellent.

Breakfast was average and poor value. I think the hotel should examine this offering.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom was a little strange, basically in the bedroom with little privacy.

very strong smell of garbage and dirty water in the room we mentioned that the managers and no one dared to gives us a discount or rebate on the room rate we arrived with our 2 young daughters and only one bed was prepared. we are used ti high quality hotels and this was not close to a 2 stars never going back there again the staff didn’t even care that we Did not sleep all night because of the smell. horrible experience.

Cool hotel in a pretty good location. Room’s weren’t bad. Good little gym downstairs and the indoor pool was nice.

It’s very expensive and I’d expect more for the price. Be warned that if there is any rain they simply close upstairs and it takes days to reopen. This is really disappointing given it’s a major draw of the hotel and they don’t make this clear at booking.
