Aus der Dusche kam warmes Wasser
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Das Anwesen ist schlecht zugänglich, eine gute Ausschilderung garnicht vorhanden.
Zugang erhält man mit Glück wenn einer das Haus verlässt oder steigt über ein Balkongeländer damit man ins Treppenhaus gelangt.
Laut Aussage des Anbieter kann man eine Telefonnummer anrufen und diese gewährt jederzeit Zugang zum Objekt. Angeblich. Ich war um 19:30 Uhr am Objekt hab achtmal die Nummer angerufen, danach kam eine Bandansage und das Gespräch wurde beendet. Kein Zugang! Ein Mitbewohner hat mir Zugang gewährt!
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 2 mal 1,5 m² = 3m² ist für 42€ im Vergleich viel zu überteuert.
Im gesamten Appartement riecht es nach einer Mischung aus Zigaretten, Erbrochenem und Vodka Energy.

Wenn man aus dem Bett aufsteht und mit der Nase die Wand berührt, dann ist "kleines Zimmer" sehr schön umschrieben.
"Bett plus 60 cm" trifft es besser.
Was soll ich dazu sagen ? Ich hatte so ein "kleines Zimmer" noch nie.

Falsche Pin , Heizung lief auf Max. Regulierung nicht möglich selbst bei Fenster auf kipp viel zu Heiß mussten wieder abreisen nach Hause 200 km um 23.00 Uhr . Oldenburg Weihnachtsmarkt . Restaurant Klinkerburg Konzert mit Inga Rumpf alles super . Das Zimmer der Service alles unterirdisch . Nach Frankfurter Regelung Gutschrift 9,72 € ein Witz !

Bad war schön warm (Heizung voll aufgedreht)
Keine festen ein und ausgangszeiten zum Zimmer. Check in und check out selbstständig.
Das Bettgestell lag beschädigt auf dem Boden, das Latten rost lag kapputt im Bettgestell. Da wir um Mitternacht rum erst eingetroffen waren, haben wir die Matratze einfach auf den Boden gelegt, um darauf schlafen zu können. Eine fensterseite war grob abgedichtet mit Spanplatte und bauschaum, da scheinbar die Fensterscheibe eingeschlagen wurde. Die Bettwäsche roch nach alt und ungewaschen, so dass wir mit unseren Klamotten geschlafen haben. Ungewaschenes Geschirr und Besteck.
Geruch von Alt und verraucht im Zimmer.
Man hatte Angst, dass sich Milben oder größere Tiere sich ibezug verstecken.

Rooms are spacious.
Toilet trash bin and kitchen trash bin were not emptied from the previous stay. It was almost full.

The room was nice and well equipped and everything was clean. I really appreciated that.
First the instruction to the building was not enough. I went to the hotel around 12 and my google map did not show the back entrance. It was difficult to find that at night so I would suggest to add a small screenshot of map direction to the back entrance.

I was in this room for 5 or 6 times, and everything was good then. But this time……There was really dirty! The bad was creaked terribly! the door handle fell off and I barely hooked it and was able to leave the room….

The room was really nice! Nice view, not to busy not to quiet. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was also clean but we didn't use it. We had a 2 persons bed with also a 2 persons matrass what in other hotels sometimes misses, so bonuspoints for that. The room was also well cleaned and fresh. The heating did his job very good. We were there alone but for us the wifi was excellent. Checking in was easy and it's all very private.
When we called the helpphone to ask a small question about the parking, there was no answer and we would be called back. We got an email a day later, after we already checked out, that asked what was the problem. Besides that, the adress on google maps is the front but you can't go inside from there or park your car (longer then 2 hours). You gotta drive to the back to go to the parking lot and the entrance. This isn't a big issue because there do be a sign at the front gate that says you need to come from the back, but if you consider ordering a pizza or similar, be aware of the fact it will be deliverd on the front.

Easy self-check in, booking possible on short notice. Full kitchen available as well as laundry. Basic but clean, very comfortable bed. Close to the city center & station, free parking too. Recommended for a short stay.

The room was very small but I just needed a bed to sleep in. So that was ok.
The problem was the self-check in. Altough the instructions made it look easy, it was a bit problematic. I would not have been able to get inside the building without the help of a stranger. I was not able to call the number (for whatever reason). They told me to call a number to get in the building - the door was supposed to open automatically. And it just did not work. Eventually one of the neighbours showed up and said that this happens every night and that all the neigbours already know about it so they help the clients/ tourists... so I only managed to get inside thanks to a stranger. This system simply does not work.

When we arrived, the self check-in system didn't worked. We only got into the building because some guy was just casually coming out.

Cleanliness has left the building. It seems the apartment is not cleaned after each guest. In the kitchen there were residual foods from past guests. Everywhere there was something dirty. Only the bed sheets seemed clean
A smell of cigarette smoke persists in the apartment. Probably many people have smoked inside in the past.
The apartment looks like it was not renovated since the 1970s, and is in dire need of restoring.
I could not open the house door using the Telephone number system, I waited until somebody exited the apartment building.

noisy neighbors. I couldn’t sleep and I would have a very important day after. they didn’t told me I would have to charge the bathroom and that the corredor was under renovation, what brought a uncomfortable feeling.

Well equipped apartment, easy check-in.
Carpets quite stained and in general the apartment is somewhat outdated. However, for the price it is still a good value.
