The cleanliness, location and quietness of the hotel were really good. The rooms were very spacious. The hotel owners and staff helped us a lot in every aspect. Especially after all the trouble we experienced in Cairo, we preferred to tour the temples and the Valley of the Kings and they helped us a lot in this regard. Haggag was amazing. He gave detailed information about everything during the tour and was very kindly. If you are going to travel temples and Valley of The Kings with a tour, definitely choose Haggag as your tour guide. I would like to thank him and the hotel staff again for everything.

The location is amazing. The owner gave me a roof top hotel with a view to the Nile.

If you are Arab/Egyptian travelling with a male friend. They wouldn't allow you to stay in one room. So we had to pay one extra room for my friend to sleep.

The owner of the place treated us very warmly from the beginning. He invited us to a fresh juice local from there and offered us many activities that we could do around the area. The cleaning staff was also very nice to us. He would welcome us every time we arrive the place.also, for the price and area it was very good deal.

O Nile castle foi a nossa melhor experiência enquanto hotel no Egito. Tudo correu muito bem. Tudo muito limpo, fizeram um upgrade de quarto sem qualquer custo, o pequeno almoço era bom, a equipa foi sempre muito muito muito atenciosa, e a vista….. melhor vista da nossa viagem. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia e esperamos mesmo poder voltar! Muito obrigada ao Momo por toda a sua receptividade e acolhimento!

The room was spacious, clean and good even though there is no TV. Wifi is slow and often interrupted by power ouitage.

My wife had the run after her first breakfast. I came down with it too on the third day of our stay. Daily breakfast does not change during our 5 day stay.

Rooms smell of fresh paint. Had to upgrade to another room that don't smell for $40. Payed extra $15 for late checkout. Worst stay that I ever had

Una excelente ubicación, habitacion super comoda, un baño grande y cómodo, lo mejor la vista desde la terraza (increible) Mohamed super servicial y nos ayudó con todo, nos ayudó a reservar el viaje en globo, estuvo en contacto permanente con nosotros y en todo lo que le preguntamos o pedimos nos ayudó (gran persona) Mustafá en el restaurante y terraza nos preparó una limonada deliciosa, tambien unas hamburguesas muy ricas y para una velada en la noche con shisha y bebidas estuvo con nosotros super atento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Perfect location overseeing the Nile river. Friendly host Muhamad who arranged a perfect tour guide Karem for my West Bank tour, also drove us to the airport at 6am in the morning. Shout out to the helper (sorry forgot his name) who’s always been there whenever we needed him. Quiet West Bank b&b, can easily get to the east by private boat at 50le per pax.

Wear and tear (table lamps not working, door knob is challenging, curtain rod dropped off once when pulled). Almost none toiletries except a piece of soap. But the helper went extra mile to ensure everything is ok within his capability, which I appreciated!

La grande chambre avec petit salon et vue sur le Nil et le temple de Louxor. Personnel très gentil. Réservation de nos excursions via la guest house à des prix honnêtes. Le rooftop où nous avons passé de nombreuses heures pendant nos 5 jours à Louxor. Une supérette à 2 pas pratiquant des prix égyptiens (rarissime). Très proche de l'embarcadère du ferry local.

La vue sur le nil est incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop fait très plaisir. L'équipe est très agréable et toujours souriante. Les lits sont agréables. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, je recommande

Hello Mohammad! I hope you still remember our family of three! Sorry for the delayed review but of course I will not forget it 😊 We stayed there between Sept 18-21 and it was our best trip in Egypt. MOHAMMAD the owner welcomed us when we arrived, he asked how’s our Egypt trip so far, and we told him that we were traumatized in Cairo because of the people who constantly milking the us and other tourist for money/ tip. Mohammad assured us that Luxor is very different from Cairo and he was right. We were not traumatize in Luxor and we love everything in there. We took the hotel’s East and West tours, and we enjoyed it so much!!! KARIM was so great in being a tour guide, me and my husband learned a lot about ancient Luxor, he even bought my daughter a hat 🥹 he also take care of us while we were buying some souvenirs, making sure that the vendors won’t take advantage of us. MY ADVICE TO FUTURE TOURIST, GET KARIM AS YOUR TOUR GUIDE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you KARIM ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you also to MUSTAFA, for taking care of our breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner ☺️ HASSAN who cleans our room, thank you. Breakfast was simple but good and plenty. The host met us and upgraded our room, which had a wonderful view and all we needed/wanted with fridge/air-conditioning, etc. Even when we left thinking we were done but returned before final check-out, it wasn’t a problem.

Not really a problem, but one spilled drink made me realize we really could have used some paper-towels in the room.

Specially the team! The hotel always very clean and the stuff really Amazing! No words to express the kindness of all!

Es super limpio, las habitaciones muy cómodas. La atención de todo el personal es de primera, y principalmente del dueño Muhamed, una gran persona y súper atento con nosotros para ayudarnos con los tours, y cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Realmente regresamos súper agradecidos por tanta hospitalidad. Importante, cuentan con un bote privado para cruzar el ánimo hacia el centro en cualquier momento.

La atención de todo su personal, especialmente la de su dueño. La comida estuvo muy bien. El servicio de traslado por el Rio Nilo fue genial. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y en excelente estado. Excelente todo!!

El personal que trabaja muy amables, atentos y sonrientes. El dueño y su hijo muy amables y te consiguen lonque necesites. En mi caso estuve con dolor de cabeza, y me trajeron al cuarto hielo, te y frutas. Muy recomendable ! Desayunas viendo el Río Nilo, y su desayuno es el mejor ! Verduras, frutas, huevos, yogur, te o café y hasta falafel. Gracias Mohamaad 🙏🫶

The staff were amazing, the bed was comfortable, the AC was strong.

No hot water in the shower, Wi-Fi kept going out, water from the shower traveled into the room and made a huge mess!

Great location, right on the Nile and the staff are lovely.

I love that the hotel is right on the Nile, exceptional views. the property is traditional and is in a quiet area. it’s very clean and comfortable. the property looks lovely from the outside too. the staff are so kind and welcoming, they go out of their way to help.

there isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. it’s exceptional value for money so I can’t fault it on lack of luxury. it’s charming and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was spacious, clean and with an efficient AC. Breakfast was very basic, but it was enough to start the day. It was served on the roof top terrace, overlooking the Nile and in front of Luxor complex, amazing!!! The host was very kind and diligent, facilitating our transportation to the east bank. There are a few nearby options for dinner.

The bathroom layout was absurd, with the shower in the middle, spilling water all over.

I was collected as arranged at Luxor Station by Adam. The trip across the Nile to the west bank was a wonderful introduction to Luxor. The Hotel is located 15m from the bank of Nile and has cafes and restaurants within 5mins. The room was luxurious and GREAT value. The staff friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Family friendly and just a great stay. THE place to stay on the west Bank.
