You really can't beat this location for beach access and view; great patio! The overall complex is quite rundown and uncared for. We had issues checking in... not sure if the owner was renting this to us privately or through the complex management, but check in was far from smooth. There are better maintained complexes in this price range and beach location.

Great location, clean, and fairly priced. Beautiful views and very nice condo. My family enjoyed our time there. Patio was spacious perfect for Morning coffee and sunrise views. Can’t wait to go back.

This condo was ok. It had a amazing view of the gulf! We had our 2 pets with us we where happy to find a place that accepts pets. This condo is on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a inconvenience to take dog out to potty. The kitchen is not stocked with any spices or even salt and pepper. The couch is in need of a steam clean we had to throw a sheet on it before we felt comfortable sitting on it. The 2nd bedroom twin beds are extremely uncomfortable for adults to sleep in.

Up to date furniture and it needs a definitely a TV in the spare bedroom. It could use deep cleaning and new patio doors. I don't think we will stay there again that particular condo.

First night of three, AC froze over night, maintenance showed up first thing in the morning, fixed the issue. Rest of the stay was awesome, great view great place awesome beach. Will definitely go back.

Wouldn't have booked if property manager had mentioned the beach right in front of condo had construction going on. All. Day. And. Night. Beeping, loud banging and dirt. Literally in the water with bright lights at night. Couldnt see the ocean. I booked months in advance. I had to walk to get to beach. I paid to walk out the door onto the beach. I could have saved money and rented from a different location that didn't have "direct beach access." Also the entire complex had one working elevator. Waiting was long due to elevator always being full. This apparently is an ongoing problem. Hot tub couldn't be accessed because construction on the building was being done. Condo was nice. Wouldn't stay at the Inverness again.

Condo was immaculate in cleanliness and update. No over policing on property. Clean pool not overrun by guests not staying on property. Easy access to parking and rooms. Beachfront, steps away from beach. Great views and overall, great quick getaway. I’ll stay in this property again.

We really enjoyed staying there the location was perfect. We really liked that we could have our fur babies with us.

Overall the stay was nice. Access to the beach was great. The hot water for bath or shower wasnt very hot The kitchen was supplied with everything for cooking. We did have to biy a disposable muffin pan because the kids wanted muffines for breakfast. The parking was bad. Not wide enough so Everyone was using 1 1/2 parking spaces. Rates were really good compaired to some of the other places. Would recommend staying there

Place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Parking Garage is tight but nothing that disturbed our stay. Really enjoed the oceanview balcony. Access to the beach was great and the pool area and pool itself were clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Any staff I ran into was very polite

The property is on the Gulf and the views were wonderful. The furniture seems new and there was a small amount of kitchen accessories to help with eating in. Beds were comfy but towels were limited and thin thin thin. Bring plenty of your own.

Jacuzzi was not in service, was to be functional when booked. Condo was clean but most certainly needs attention and polished up. Looked to be in very old condition.

The location and ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. Of the 2 elevators in the building, only one was working....occasionally. Glad we were on the 3rd floor and not the 11TH. All 3 beds were not very comfortable and in need of upgrading. We have rented many condos and have always found the kitchens had many extras left behind by past tenants. Things like spices, unopened condiments, ect. This kitchen didn't even have any salt and pepper, leading us to believe that the cleaning service must be taking any usable items home for themselves. Overall the condo was lovely and in a prefect location and with a few improvements it would be one that we would rent again.

The room was clean but had an odor so we bought air freshener. The location was good. Parking was adequate. The view was beautiful. One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow. The stairway and elevator area could use some tlc. The pool area was locked and inaccessible during our stay.

We felt at home the moment we arrived. The front desk personnel was very helpful and the place was very clean.

Everything was great. Only problem we had was that shower water was steaming hot. No cold water in one of the showers.

I have rented off of VRBO more than 10 times this was the dirtiest place I have rented. we arrived to ants on the kitchen table. there was still garbage in the bathroom. and the one bedroom still had some one else’s hair on the pillow. Also the couch is ruined and the faux leather comes off on your skin as mentioned in other peoples reviews. I will not rent here again

Dishwasher was broken and we were not notified by the management, ants in the master bedroom., fire alarms went off at 730 am, very annoying.

We loved the condo itself. Only problem was there were ants in kitchen and dining and it smelled like bug spray. Could use better or newer sheets and bedding, but the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were good for the most part. Fully stocked kitchen was super helpful and convenient. If we could confirm the bug issue was resolved we would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Location was amazing on the beach. The view from balcony for the sunrise every morning was refreshing. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely recommend and will be back again!

Starting in the living room, the sofa is bad need in being replaced. The faux leather cushions have worn off of half of them. It looks dirty too set on. The corner Lamp does not work. The switch was in the light fixture.We could not get the TV to come on. The instructions were not good. We could not in find the bathes soap.Later they were found in a basket in the kitchen. The master bedroom bed was at least 3 feet high. Making it hard to get into the bed and out. The parking garage is unique. There are lots os spaces but large trucks take all the room, making it difficult to maneuver around.

Loved the condo. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable. Location is spectacular.

Great location, covered parking, it was quiet other than the construction on the property/condo right next door. Very easy access to beach.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was very clean/neat and perfect for our family. We did have a broken mirror upon arrival. Went down to the front desk, and we were immediately changed to another room (they had already made plans to fix the mirror, but repair man couldn’t make it before our check in time). Norma was very helpful and staff members were friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I spend a weekend here and let me tell you, it is definitely worth the price. Waking up in the morning to the sun rising over the Gulf of Mexico while sipping coffee on the balcony is priceless. During the day, we spent our time on the beach, which was just a few feet away. The condo has easy access to the beach. Our evenings were spent sipping wine on the balcony and watching the fireworks display which were not to far away from us. The only negative thing I have to say is the living room couch is very worn out. The color was peeling off the back cushions. We never sat on it, but it just didn't go with the décor. As for meals, we only ate out once, which was a money saver thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. We're already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here again.
