This property is fantastic. Pictures and description is spot on. Property owners were so helpful with suggestions and any questions that we had. We did not have a vehicle and this property is walking distance to everything that you need. We would definitely rent here again!! ♥️🌞

The property is immaculate with beautiful interior design that is enjoyable to live in. The location is perfect right on the beach with a secluded pool and lounging area. All the facilities are very well maintained.

Condo as described and is fully equipped. You cannot ask for more in a property rental. Owner is responsive and this has been one of the best experiences we have had renting from VBRO. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants and on a quiet stretch of the beach. We are looking forward to coming back anf would highly recommend to anyone travelling to St Martin.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly how it was described on VRBO! We had a beautiful view of Simpson Bay. We would sit out at night on our balcony enjoying a cocktail and the sunset. The owner was very attentive. Texted the day we arrived to see if we were enjoying the condo and if there was anything we needed. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!

This 2 BR 2 Bath condo is very well equipped. Every kitchen utensil that you might need was there. A grill on the balcony was an added bonus. They have plush towels, beach towels chairs and noodles for use in the pool or ocean. I found myself on the balcony enjoying the view snd ocean sound with the ceiling fan for the breeze. Fantastic experience with outstanding communication with the owner. Overall an easy rent experience.

These are probably the best accommodations we have had on SXM since we have been coming and that spans a period of over 20 years! The photos are a good reflection of the unit but the balcony photos do not do it justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo itself has all the amenities needed to make it a perfect stay. All in all a great place for an outstanding vacation!

Our first time to St. Maarten and we found Jeff’s condo on VRBO. I have to say it a looks exactly like the pictures and the pool was beautiful. The views are amazing. Beautiful sunsets! All amenities of home. Had a wonderful time and Jeff was quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definetly stay there again!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Well stocked, completely renovated beautiful location right on Simpson Bay beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We had a great experience staying at this condo; it is right on the beach and the pool was absolutely beautiful. All the amenities you could possibly want with appliances and many great restaurants close by. We loved eating at IzI the italian restaurant and Skip Jacks had the best sea food on the island-- both very close by to the condo. We are looking forward to returning next year to St Martin.

Stayed at this completely remodeled condo for two weeks, that is directly on Simpson Bay. It has a newly renovated pool and deck area besides as well. The owner is very, very responsive to all your queries. It is close to everything and within driving area of many beautiful beaches on the island. Make sure you take the ferry to Anguilla. It was lovely. Don’t miss all the French bakeries either. So many restaurants are lovely and the boats in the bay are so lovely to watch. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in this rental. We were so happy we selected it for our two week stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sint Maarten. We had been 2 years ago, prior to the devastation by Hurricane Irma and fell in love with the island back then. Last year we went to Aruba knowing that the Sint Maarten folks were still in the midst of rebuilding, but wanted to return this year to see the reconstruction with our own eyes. That's what led us to find, fortunately, Jeff's lovely condo. The vast majority of restaurants and tourist attractions are up and running from what we could tell. Neither of us can stop talking about about what a fantastic trip we just enjoyed, and especially the amenities of this perfectly located condo. Lets face it, we all love vacation, but none of us wants to give up the comforts of home while traveling abroad. Due to the impeccable design and decorating, as well as the state of the art appliances, it truly felt like we were in a "home away from home", other than the fact we live in Massachusetts and left in -6 weather and enjoyed a week of daily 82 weather, but everything else about the island and the condo were FABULOUS! We needed to reach out to Jeff for a couple quick things, "where should I put the trash" type of questions, and Jeff answered the call on the third ring. We appreciated his responsiveness and personality. He and his wife have thought of everything we believe as far as decorating/stocking the condominium with home necessities (grill, measuring spoons, etc etc...). Things you certainly wouldn't necessarily find in a "weekly owned condo unit" or a hotel room. We actually ate the majority of meals in the condo. Why leave with the view we were experiencing right from there? So, in closing, we can't wait to re-book for next year and who knows, maybe our Patriots will be in the Superbowl once again. Beautiful spacious apartment in-front of the beach. We stayed in the apt with our two years old son and everything was very convenient. Jeffry the host was super responsive and very professional. The apartment is newly and beautifully renovated. We enjoyed every moment and really happy that we chose this place. Thank you so much Jeffry!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. Jeff, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. He was most helpful if we had any questions. The condo sustained significant damage in Hurricane Irma and the owners had to do a top to bottom renovation. They did a terrific job. The condo is light and airy with very modern decor and furnishings. Bed was super comfortable and the linens used on the beds and towels in the bathroom were high end. Showers got hot quickly and water pressure was good. The balcony is really nice for a morning cup of coffee listening to the waves on the beach. It does get afternoon sun, so we tended not to sit out in the afternoon. Evenings were also nice to sit on the balcony. It has two very comfortable chairs and a dining table and chairs. I think the BBQ grill was brand new...looked like it had never been used. We did cook on it a couple of nights. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of...we went to the fresh fish market in Marigot on Wednesday morning and got two lobsters. There were pots big enough to cook them in. The appliances are all brand new and have some quirky things you need to be aware of to figure out how to use them. For example, the pan needs to be on the stove top for it to heat. We found the manual for the stove and Jeff sent us the manual for the dishwasher so all was good. The beach directly in front on the condo complex is quite narrow and rocky getting into the water, but if you walk 25 - 50 feet to the right, it is wider and easier to get into the water. Jeff provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were great to have. The pool wasn't finished being rebuilt when we were there, which was disappointing, but it will be really nice when it is done. Sits right between the building and the beach. I am assuming they will have lounge chairs on the pool deck once it is finished. The condo is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, which is close. There is some airplane noise when the big jets take off, but it didn't bother us at all. We rented a car so we could explore a bit, but the condo is close enough to restaurants and so on, that you could manage without a car if you wanted. It is on the third floor, so not for someone who has mobility issues. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in St. Maarten.

Our stay at Jeff and Stacey’s place was stellar. The apartment is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable, and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. It’s quiet and right on the beach, while just a short drive to many restaurants. We can’t wait to come back in the future!

Firstly Jeff, the owner of the property was very accommodating by assisting us with the rental, thanks again Jeff. This was our 8th visit to the Island previously stayed in Cupecoy, should have tried Simpson Bay sooner. Great apartment, right on the beach, superb beach,close to everything walk to restaurants. Apartment had everything one could want for a vacation.Just one suggestion,managing agents should have a person to welcome guests and go thru the workings of aircon, TV etc, other than that we had a wonderful time and would love to go back to Jeff & Stacys Top Spot. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it is in a great location! Lots within walking distance for food and entertainment. Watched the ships in the Heineken Regatta from the deck - lots of fun! The pool and beach are both really good and the property was very clean. We enjoyed walking down to the pubs on the beach and to Sunset Beach in Maho to watch the planes. The condo is modern with nice furniture and beds were comfortable. Only things missing were a barbque and safe. Jeff was very good to work with and responded quickly. I would recommend this condo to others and we would like to go back someday soon!

Had a fantastic time in St. Maarten. Jeff's condo is absolutely perfect. The location is on one of the most beautiful beaches. The view is so wonderful to wake up to every morning. The condo had everything you could ask for down to an expresso machine. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, privacy for two couples. Very quite at night and very secure with the gaited entries, and ample parking. The condo had brand new furniture and was decorated beautiful. What a plus it was to have large beach towels there in the condo ready for use!! Jeff was very easy to work with and very attentive if you needed any assistance. Thank you again Jeff and Stacie for sharing your little slice of paradise, we will be back!!!

After staying at this unit and others in the same building have to say the unit is very pretty but the main improvement would be more comfortable furniture. Couch, dining room table were very uncomfortable, as was the bed in the back bedroom. Kitchen cabinets are a bit too high to be practical for shorter people. The internet is slower than in the other units in the building. Also other units do provide some maid service once a week for the same priced unit. Other than that it was extremely nice. The games are a nice touch as are the DVD's. My kids loved the Gilligan's Island DVD. Thanks again for being so responsive and hope things go well for you with this beautiful unit.
