We have stayed here a few times, it’s always clean and easy to book. Like most of the places in the mountains it does not have air conditioning so expect to use lots of fans during the day. The refrigerator doesn’t get very cold but it’s better than a cooler. All of the units in this building share the same parking system. It is finicky and seems to cause everyone problems. Thats not really a mark against this unit, just the system overall. In spite of these small things I would totally stay here again and you should too..

Condo newer and in excellent condition. 2 bedrooms utilized with single bed in one and single bed and bunk beds in other. Very close to lift. Only negative thing was hot tub not working. Very clean and sufficient kitchen supplies.

The property manager, Charlotte, is fantastic - took care of everything for us when we needed to add one day onto our stay at another condo in the same building. We really preferred the other unit we stayed in (3135) because of its location and size. This unit is extremely far from the elevator, and wasn’t as big as our other unit. The shampoo/conditioner containers were all falling off the walls, and they need additional towel racks (just like most condos/hotel rooms do). Interesting that the king bed was in the room with the bunks and the queen was in the other bedroom alone.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the slopes and restaurants. The property was very clean and as described. U derground heated garage too! The only thing is wifi was almost nonexistent....which bothered teens but definitely not a reason to pass this place up. Would stay again!

We love staying in Fraser Crossing because of its location. This condo was conveniently on the third floor (with access to the hot tub) and had high ceilings which made it feel spacious. The room layouts worked well for our family of five. All of the furnishings are in great shape and clean. Can't wait to stay again in March.

Accommodations provided everything we needed. The building hot tub was under maintenance; however, our daughter had access to the adjacent building tub. We brought our portable boot dryer, that would be my only suggestion to make available. May be back for a race 12/20.

Amazing location to walk to summer activities at WP. Huge roof top hot tub a short walk away (normally the building this unit is in has one, but it was temporarily closed). Plenty of space, bunk beds for kids to sleep and comfortable bedding. Would stay again!

This was an amazing location for skiing at Winter Park. We parked in the parking garage without trouble! It was $20 for 24 hours, it was very nice. Check in was incredibly easy and we had all of the passwords for the door/WiFi before arriving. All we had to do was walk across the street to go skiing! It was nice to be so close to the village! The room had a small outdoor space that connected to the main bedroom. Each room was spacious and clean. Would recommend for a family that’s visiting for the skiing or village!

This condo was perfect in every way. The pictures are an accurate representation of the space. It is very clean, with updated features throughout the condo and was very cozy and warm during the winter storm. It was across the street from the lifts and the best part was it had a locker on the first floor to store ski equipment! If visiting Winter Park again, I would absolutely return.

We enjoyed using this recently updated condo during the week of Thanksgiving for an alpine race camp. Everything was described accurately. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently close to the gondola and lifts. The underground parking, ski lockers, hot tubs, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and in-unit laundry made it an enjoyable stay. Staying just across the street was very convenient and allowed our racers to come and go as needed and switch skis with ease. We spent most of our day on the mountain (pre-dawn to 4pm) and retreated to the condo to relax, eat, and sleep. We enjoyed the proximity to the outdoor hot tub and the large TV in the family room to watch football and movies. We used the kitchen to cook most nights, including a small Thanksgiving feast. I had a few questions before and during our stay and the owner/property manager replied promptly. There were a few minor inconveniences that could make future stays easier and have informed the owner/property about it: kitchen needs a larger cooking pot/stock pot with lid, better/working humidifiers, and bathroom door did not latch properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thanks again!

Great Condo for Ski vacation
We loved the location to the gondola and it was perfect for a week of skiing. We had a few issues with the condo, but the property management team was very quick to respond to our concerns. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was very nice. The ski locker on the main level worked out great for stashing our equipment and getting ready. We would stay there again!

Thank you for a perfect stay in the mountains! This condo was perfect - clean, well decorated, spacious, and comfortable for the 6 of us. It was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, bathroom, linens). It is a short walk to the ski lift, making it easy to take a short break from skiing to eat lunch! Thank you for letting us use this great space!

Amazing stay for spring break
This condo was just what our family needed for our spring break ski getaway. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location. The set up was perfect for our family with 3 young kids. We will definitely book again!

Great place; clean, close to the gondola. Bit of a walk from the front door, but ski locker on first floor and numerous available carts help. Limited (pay for) parking which only allowed one vehicle per unit; parking for our other vehicle was a hassle.

Ideal ski spot
Our family of four had a great experience. Lots of room, very clean, quiet part of the building and super-easy access to the gondola, village shops, and bus line. Would definitely stay here again.
