Nice location and host was quick to get back to us on questions. House needs updating, but aside from that we had a great time.

This house was the perfect size for our group of 12 adults and two small kids. Plenty of bedrooms with queen beds or larger and lots of room to gather.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was a good size for our group of 15 friends. We loved the backyard and the various hangout areas inside, too. Nice and central location - not too far from ferry to Martha’s Vineward and Dennis/Harwich areas. Would recommend for a large group!

We stayed here for our nieces wedding; we had 3 families with older kids and the space and lay out were perfect for us.

We have a large party but this house still has enough room for everyone. House is a bit old but well maintained, and in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Owner is quite responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in staying at Cap cod area.

Enjoyable

We spent a week here - family with age range 19-89. There was plenty of room for all of us, both when we wanted to be together and when some of us wanted solitude. The large deck and amazing outdoor grill were much appreciated, as was the location. We walked to a small lake-front beach (you could also drive if the 15-minute walk seems too much), and it was just a short drive to the beach on Cotuit Bay. Although we didn't use it this way, the downstairs area could be a separate apartment, with its own bathroom and kitchenette. We had a wonderful time.
