Всі необхідні зручності були в наявності.

Невеличкі апартаменти, які вміщують все необхідне. Ліжко зручне, вода прям окріп, напір сильний. Є пральня та зона для паління з сидіннями. Зручний безключовий доступ до підʼїзду, поверху та квартири.
Відсутність звукоізоляції. Чути кожне слово, що говорять за стінами.

Сподобалось усе, починаючи від розташування, адже це в районі центру міста. Готельчик в старому будинку з цікавою сходовою кліткою, просторим фойє,як у фільмах, ліфт, на поверхах,де розташовані номери, чистенько, прикрашено (ми були в період новорічно-різдвяних свят). Тепло, чисто, усі умови для комфортного проживання чи відпочинку після тривалої поїздки. Молодці! І окреме дякую за намагання спілкуватися українською. Практикуйте й надалі українську в своєму побуті і вам буде дедалі простіше пропагувати українське,як і має бути в Україні!
Завжди є щась, що в той чи інший момент не зовсім комусь підходить. І це нормально. Не вважаю,що свої особисті захцянки, потрібно озвучувати. Для тої справи,яку ви робите, ваша праця є відмінною! Тому,хочеться лиш побажати нам, українцям, Перемоги та знищення ворога,як зовнішнього, так і внутрішнього. Слава Україні!

I have previously stayed there on an extended period and returned and recommend to friends all were pleased with their stay, I highly recommend staying their if in Kharkiv. Looking forward to my next visit.
The only comment is the elevator stops one floor short , and you have to use the stairs, Ukrainian exercise program, it works,

I really liked everything ☺️ a charming woman met us and showed us everything. apartments are clean and very bright. I felt comfortable as at home!

I love this place but I don't recommend renting 2-floor rooms there, I rented one because there were no more options and wasn't quite satisfied - everything was clear and comfy except for stairs, they were quite steep and I didn't really feel safe climbing to the second floor. Also, there's not much space above the bed, you can barely sit straight there but if you wanna do something else, you need to move downstairs to sofa :)
Apart from that, this place is great!

Building has no basement, 7th floor - might feel a bit unsafe in the war time.

Comfortable and modern hotel in the center of Kharkiv. In your room you can find everything what you usually use every day at home. Also, for check-in and check-out, you don't need to wait for a manager, just inform management and they can send a pin code for your room. Highly recommend!

Great studio apartment in Kharkiv. Great location. The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay. The host and staff were very polite and responsive. I would stay here again if/when needing a place in the city.
So for me, there are two issues. The first issue is parking. At the time I stayed here, parking in front of the building did not require paying at the meter (due to war) but it is metered parking and would pose a problem. The second issue is, the apartment is located on the 7th floor but the elevator only goes to the 6th floor. Meaning you need to enter/exit the elevator on the 6th floor and walk up when entering and down when exiting. Had I not had as much with me, it would have been less problematic.

No drinking water. Vanity faucets are in an awful condition, it is really nasty to touch them. Cracks in the ceiling should also be fixed.

This was great place to stay while covering war in Kharkiv. While the Russians have been bombing the city around the clock, my clean and pretty room gave me some shelter. The staff was incredible--i made friends with everyone and miss them.
The Russian invasion. The beautiful downtown is destroyed by the shelling and most businesses are closed.

Great clean and comfy rooms. I stayed in a couple. Staff super friendly and helpful, can message them on WhatsApp. Good kitchen that has everything you need to make meals in your room.
Top floor is bad for rocket strikes.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable, beds and pillows too. The shower water is hot and has good pressure. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar all in the rooms. I stayed in the loft style room for a few days and then the staff asked me if I wanted to switch to a bigger room at no extra charge because it is more comfy, this was a nice bonus.
Location is excellent in the city centre. Shops and super markets around.
