the property was located not far from airport. the breakfast was awesome so much to choose from. the room was excellent friendly staff.

Location is good. Everything is reachable with affordable cab rides. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are a little outdated but it’s not a big deal. Having a bath was nice.

Pillows are not comfy and to hard for me. missing trash can in a room. strange smell which doesn’t go away.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was nice (but no or less variation), twin room superb/deluxe was very good but we stayed also 3 nights in a suite which was really comfortable, bigger and sure very nice. Although they did some reconstruction or renovating in a room you didn't hear anything. I can recommend it and we will come again.

In our superb room you could smell that someone smoked in there but after flushing with fresh air it was ok. They did not clean everything accurate every day (ok we slept very long they had no time, but generally it was clean), sope was also changed although it was used 1-2 days... this is not luxury in my opinion and for sure not sustainable. A little bit less parking space. Wifi signal was so lala, depending where you are in the room. Maybe because it was the last room in the corner. Elevator is a little bit slowly, so everybody is using the stairs as you are faster :-) so thank you for caring for my health :-D But in general everything was fine. This is high level complaining.

Good location close to the center, private parking

No sound isolation, very loud inside, you hear how people doing sex in nearest rooms as well as every car riding near room windows, most terrible night at hotel, administration didn't accept this fact and declined to refund

I liked that one can buy food nearby.

too small, no desk and needed to ask for a pot to make tea. the hotel is still in the process of renovation

it a was awful air smell outside and inside rooms, seems that fire was closely to the hotel, but it s just a factory or plant nearby

- location is great, lots of shops, supermarkets, plenty of transportation options nearby. - staff is very polite and supportive - the room is very spacious - I enjoyed a huge bathtub in the suite - breakfast has many options, seems pretty nice, but I was there only once and skipped afterwards - slippers and a bathrobe in the room

- sofa in a suite room has stains all over it. It`s gross - soundproof - it was really really noisy from the street - there is a renovation on the first floor that makes it impossible to order coffee to the room ( - suite definitely wants renovation. I checked the superior suite, that one is much better but has no bathtub - breakfast service - cutlery is stored in a single container where everyone gets his/her hands in to grab some while covid does not seem nice to me - however, they have wet tissue and antiseptic there so one can help himself - there is no safe in the room - it would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room
