Tutti i letti sono dotati di coprimaterassi iperallergenici e di coprimaterassi in gel di memoria. C'è pavimenti in legno in tutto con bellissimi tappeti accento. Il divano in pelle nel soggiorno può anche essere trasformato in un letto matrimoniale. C'è un bagno e mezzo, e un bel nuovo schermo piatto in ogni stanza! Il soggiorno ha uno schermo piatto da 50 pollici! C'è un sacco di oggetti d'antiquariato recentemente rifiniti in tutta la casa e alcuni mobili fatti a mano su ordinazione pure. Tutto è nuovo o rifatto di recente! Tutto è arredato tranne per te, i tuoi vestiti e il tuo spazzolino da denti! Amerai il giardino sul retro, completo di recinzione per la privacy, alberi, ponte di legno coperto, luci da caffè, sentieri di granito frantumato e molte piante perenni! Ci sono dei bei giavellotti, vasche per gli uccelli, mangimi per uccelli per rendere questa proprietà il paradiso per il birdwatching e il paradiso del relax! Godrete di illuminazione LED nuova e aggiornata in tutta la casa e nel cortile di casa. Ha una nuova lavastoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, waffle, due macchine da caffè tra cui un KEURIG, ecc. Nuovi asciugamani e lenzuola sono inclusi anche. La casa dispone anche di lampade in legno su misura e persino di una scultura naturale creata dalle temute FANTASMA ANTI! È incredibile! C'è anche un letto pieghevole se necessario per un ospite in più!

The host brags about the updated unit but buying a new couch and matching chair doesn’t cover up the horrid condition of this lousy rental.
First impression upon entering the rental was the disgusting smell. From there it only gets better.
There were dead cockroaches and other bugs all over the house. The bathrooms were filthy as there was pee all over the toilet seats, broken light bulbs, missing door plate strikes so my young daughter almost got locked in the bathroom. The bedding in the middle bedroom was stained with urine.
Don’t try opening the windows as the blinds and windows are covered with dirt. Similarly, don’t look closely at the floors as there is dirt all over this house. This house is not clean and has probably never been cleaned.
Moving to the kitchen, the fridge has mold all over the door handle and inside the fridge as well. Again, not clean and throughly disgusting.
We had rented this house for Baylor graduation. Unfortunately we had to leave the rental unit early and our weekend was ruined because we didn’t feel safe staying in such squalor.
Debbie Rocket takes no accountability for her horrendous rental. Numerous excuses.
My family and I have stayed in multiple Vrbo homes throughout the world and this unit in Waco was by far the worst, dirtiest and falsely advertised rentals we have ever seen. I highly suggest no one stay at this rental.

We stayed at this house for two nights while our power was out from hurricane Beryl, so we had our two dogs with us. Overall, the house met our needs, and was in decent shape. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but don’t recommend booking this house because of our experience with the owner after we checked out. We paid upfront $160 extra for pet fees to bring our two dogs with us, and a couple of days after we checked out the owner charged me an extra $60 for “excessive pet hair” in the house. My dogs were never on the furniture and were only ever allowed in one bedroom and the common areas. I asked the owner to remove the charge because $220 total to clean up pet hair is ridiculous, but she refused. On top of that, there was already a lot of pet hair in the house when we arrived. This owner is clearly trying to squeeze customers and take advantage of those bringing their pets and then doesn’t even have the house cleaned well after charging all that!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication with the host. Dwelling was comfy and clean. The only negatives were the listing stated hot tub and there was none and the backyard was not in an enjoyable condition.

We enjoyed our stay ! We had everything we needed. We had trouble with the tv in the back bedroom & living room, internet connection problems. Other than that everything else was great! Wonderful host, very proactive.

We arrived at 4:20 and the owners were still there cleaning. She told us the modem was “out” and she had to still pick up a new one and bring it back by, which she did. However she neglected to call Spectrum and register it to her account using her password so we had no wifi or tv. She told us the dishwasher wasn’t working and we’d have to hand wash dishes.
There were roach droppings in the kitchen cabinets to the right of the sink.
Cobwebs between blinds and windows.
Towels were old and mismatched. The one I pulled out of the cabinet in the main bathroom was frayed with strings hanging.
The toilet in the main bathroom was very slow to fill and then “ran” all the rest of the time. I do not envy them their water bill.
Lamps picture frames were quite dusty.
Yard needed mowing.
Good things were: plug-in accent lights around the house to illuminate floors at night.
Also good was provision of coffee pods and filters for the coffee pots.
We called VRBO two days before we left home to ask what kind of coffee pot was there and got the call answering on Friday the day after arriving which was a day late. Would have been nice to know before we left home.
I recommend having a professional cleaner do a thorough cleaning and sanitation and a lawn service remove junk and mow.

The inside of the property is beautiful. The outside can use some work. The location is close to a lot of businesses, food places and grocery stores. I was disappointed in having to pay an extra fee for cleaning to bring my dog and then find dust bunnies and food wrappers under the bed. The location of the grocery store came in handy since we weren’t supplied paper towels or much toilet paper. Overall was okay.

I am only writing this review, because the owner will not contact me back and explain why the home was not ready for guests. I have waited over a week and warned by phone and email and through the system that I was going to leave this review but the owner chose not to contact me to offer me any kind of explanation for the condition of the property. Since we arrived late at night, and the property was so dirty, I had to wash the sheets before I felt comfortable even staying because there was no time to get another place to sleep. The property was filthy. I understand there are cleaning services that could have not showed up and I would have gladly heard the reasons but I have called each day left messages and no return phone call. The website also tried to contact the owner and she is not returning their phone calls either. I have pictures documenting everything we are faced with that night dirty sheets, trash and bugs under bed, roaches and spiders everywhere. I can send to anyone who would like them. If I could post them on here, I would, I am a reasonable person, and do not want anyone else to suffer. Still trying to reach the owner, though she had time to write me a bad review?

The house was clean and the rooms were as expected. I brought my older parents with me that have some mobility issues. The tub was extremely slippery so I ended up getting a anti slip Matt for it. Also we couldn’t find towels to bath so I ended up purchasing that as well . The only thing I was disappointed in was the backyard. I expected a cute backyard from the picture but a tree had fallen and was still down crashed the covering so the yard was unusable. The front lawn hadn’t been cut in sometime either. A heads up on that would have been nice.

Never had any trouble staying anywhere. Was charged an extra $75 for a broken lock that we didn’t break. Very dishonest host. There was a previous review about dog hair and roaches which I will verify is absolutely true. I had a black shirt on got off the couch and was covered with It. We had to find batteries to put in the remotes that were empty. Pillow cases looked like they weren’t even changed. The back yard and front are not maintained, not as pictured ect. ect. Not one to leave negative reviews, but this was ridiculous. It’s not about the $75 . It’s just the principle. If I were you I would stay somewhere else.

This is our third time staying at this property and we always enjoy it. There is a huge backyard for your dogs. The house welcoming and nicely decorated. The owner is available to answer any questions. Perfect for a trip to see your Baylor bear, explore the silos or any of the other fun activities in Waco!

The property was cute but it was not very clean. Trash was left from prior stay, the coffee pot had used coffee grounds and the pot itself had crusty old coffee in it making it unusable. The day bed and couch had some sort of dirt/particles on it. For such a high cleaning fee I would expect it to be immaculate! I honestly feel like we left it cleaner than we found it. Also, one toilet would not easily flush and the one shower was not warm. Overall, it was a place to sleep one night but we will not stay here again. I have never left a bad vrbo review, but I have been lucky that I’ve never stayed in a dirty place before.

Fifteen minutes from university, so not far at all and an easy drive. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Plenty of room to stay with outdoor sitting when weather was nice.
The only thing I would say was after the 1st day you could tell it is an older and a bit musky.

The house hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests so I Contacted Debbie and she said I wasn't suppose to be there so I told her vrbo gave me the code and I was in the house so she told me I could cancel or she could pay me if I would clean it so thats what we agreed on. the house wasn't very dirty but there were 3 dead Cockroaches on the floor. But my biggest problem was I had booked the property for April 28 toMay1but had to cancel because my mom passed away in March and I had to take care of her estate so when things became normal again I called the host to rebook and asked her if I could use the money for A new booking and she said yes so I rebooked but I had to pay again to get my dates and I checked with the host several times and she said everything looked good for my refund and now that I'm home still no refund. so I said I paid Twice to rent the house and she told me Vrbo said no refund. I told her we rented a house in Bentonville and they gave me afull refund when I rebooked

There was dog hair on the sheets of all the beds that were made, we had to wash sheets and towels before we could go to sleep. Popcorn and cereal on the floor in the living room, bugs on the floor in all the bedrooms, there were dirty towels in the washing machine, bed sheets in the closet were dirty, the coffee pot did not have a lid on it so we couldn't make a pot of coffee. The bath was very slow to drain. When we contacted the owner and sent pictures about the concerns, she made excuses that her cleaning lady had surgery the day before and she had the tub redone before we got there. The bugs, food, and dirty sheets were not addressed. She told me "I will take care of you for the extra trouble" I was given NO refund or partial refund and she has not contacted me again.

We rented this property primarily for the location, it was convenient to all of the spots where we had family events over one weekend. This is a charming 1950's cottage that has been lovingly renovated and tastefully decorated. It's small, but the beds are very comfy, and the kitchen is fully functional. The backyard is vast. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, and graciously allowed a slightly earlier arrival time to accommodate our schedule.

Overall the "experience" was acceptable. The home is as described in the listing and located in a quiet neighborhood of Waco. Access to all points of interest was easy. We observed some areas of the residence to be unclean (large dead cockroach on floor of one closet,) a clump of hair located on a rug, and a discarded used band-aid on the floor in a bedroom. Additionally the towels were in the dryer, presumably intended to be folded and available for guest use. Overlooking these matters, the home worked for us and our needs.

Location and stay was good, property need more cleaning and organizing, shower faucet back plate falling off I am sure causing water damage behind the tile, a lot of buildup on shower head. Very cute yard just need to be manicured even in this heat, kitchen need cabinets withglass shelves dusty. Just needs TLC...other than that we loved it.
