Very nice and we enjoyed our stay

We liked everything

It was conveniently located. Overall very clean. There were nice room amenities/room layout.

Each queen bed in the room only had 4 throw pillow size pillows… way too small for comfort. There was a note by the phone that said something about “for safety reasons staff will not come into room while attended, so come down to desk for extra toiletries, etc”. I tried to call housekeeping to find out if they were unable to bring additional pillows, would they at minimum have them ready downstairs, but it rang at minimum 10 times with no answer. On top of that the sheets/comforters, while clean, were threadbare.

Clean

Me and a friend work here. We booked the room. Checked in, told the staff it smelled like smoke and something was wrong with the microwave. Got off at 5am, went to sleep. Police banging on door saying the housekeeper smell cigarette smoke from of 3 rooms. Made us leave charged us for a week after being therea day and a smoke fee. All for a room we didnt smoke in, we were asleep after working a 10 hour overnight shift.Even the police stated they didnt thk it was our room. Felt scammed!

The room was huge! The bed and shower was great. A wonderful value, will stay here again.

Breakfast was not ready until 7:15 Alarm clock broke

Room and property was very clean and comfortable.

Pet friendly hotel and someone's dog barked for a while, but by the time we were ready to go to sleep it had stopped. They offered oatmeal for breakfast but did not have a microwave to use in the dining area. Did have a microwave in the room.

Absolutely nothing

Rooms are filthy. We checked in and right back out after finding a syringe by the bed. Trash was also noted under both beds. Floor was nasty and smelled like pure vomit. The staff aren't able to help much as their management is "out of the country ".

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
