The Good: This property was perfect for the 12 adults in our party. Everyone was impressed how nice it was for each couple to have their own king bed, their own bathroom with enough room to be with everyone to play games or watch a movie in the theatre room but also enough space to be also be alone to shoot pool, swim in the pool or take a walk around the property. The (not so) Bad: There was a small leak underneath the main level shower but the pleasant maintenance man came to look at it & determined the grout needed to be replaced. The Ugly: The propane tank for the gas grill was empty but the gentleman who brought a tank that early Sunday afternoon BUT he was dressed for war with bears, wearing 2 hip holsters, a shoulder holster with a gun in it & a 15" knife in another holster. When asked about all the weapons, he made a statement about Teddy Roosevelt's gun policy!!!!????? We all agree with the right to carry, but as an employee of the resort where we should be made to feel safe, this was overkill, he could have left the tank outside the door if he was concerned for his safety. This was the only portion of our trip that we viewed as negative, but all other aspects of the property were amazing, we all had an amazing time & are planning to do it again next year!

Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay here. I few things I would suggest bringing with you. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish rags and dish towels. If you have little ones and stairs are an issue bring several of extra long baby gates.

We had a great time at Aqua Paradise. 13 family members that don't often get the chance to be together spent the week eating, drinking, playing games and just enjoying each other's company at this great rental.

Overall a very nice cabin and under development neighborhood. Easily accessible and close to downtown Gatlinburg. Bedrooms are all decent size and having attached bathrooms gives each group privacy. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and other amenities. Overall avery nice experience and as other mentioned just a few minor things buts its typical wear and tear from being a full time vrbo property.

House was very nice. There were a few little issues, in need of maintenance (door knobs very loose, shower door falling off), hot tub would not heat the last night we were there. Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of towels, and nice decor. We had a very good time.

This house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and clean with room for a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were drip and Keurig coffee makers. The beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the games. The house was convenient to all of the activities we had planned in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My wife loved the fireplaces and large tub in the master bedroom. Other than the specific items mentioned below the house was absolutely great. Below are the items worth noting about the house. 1. The house is located in a dense subdivision with houses only a few feet apart. The decks on the house look onto the house directly behind it. The hot tub is a few feet from the front door of the house behind. We didn't use any of the decks or hot tub as it was too awkward. 2. The internet and TV are satellite-based. They seemed to be correctly connected and working as intended, but the internet was unusable. You could connect to the WiFi, and maybe get a single web page to load after a few minutes but navigating a website or actually doing anything online such as work, social media, streaming video, email, etc. was not possible. There was also no cellular data service. We couldn't even pull up directions on our phones until we had driven back into Gatlinburg. The satellite TV also didn't work. You could pull up the guide on the TV and see what was supposed to be on, but if you clicked on a channel, it was just black. All the channels were the same. Again, everything appeared to be working correctly but was just not getting a strong enough signal. 3. The check in process was overly complicated. The property developer for the neighborhood owns many if not all of the houses. They have an elaborate system that includes emails, text messages, a website and a YouTube video you are supposed to watch. They won't send you the door code until it is time for you to check in, so if you are in an area with no reception (which is common in that area) you have to go to their offices to check in. Ultimately, we got the check in code and were able to go straight to the house but compared to the dozens of other houses we've rented it was unnecessarily complicated. 4. The pool water seemed really green. It was even smaller than expected, and we decided to just not use it. The multiple locks and alarms around the pool area were ridiculous as well. We would not stay at this house again, mainly because of the internet and lack of privacy.

The house is super nice very well situated close to pigeon forge Gatlinburg there’s only two things I personally didn’t like but is not the house is mountains internet really bad inside the house Couldn’t get in the pool temperature inside was too cold and comforters have like a glue stain on them looks nasty I stayed the floor on top of the pool I don’t know if the others had same but honestly the house is amazing we had a great time

We had a group of 12 adults ( 6 couples) and this house was great with all the bedrooms and lots of space to spread out!

They didn’t provide enough dish rags the washer and dryer took forever to wash and dry laundry and for a cabin that holds that many people there should be 2 sets of washer and dryers because people can’t wash laundry the cabin was pretty just very plain needs to be decorated your in the smoky mountains after all

Overall, the spaces provided by the property were perfect for our combined families. There were a couple of disappointing issues. The DVD player in the Media Room did not work making that space just a room with a television. Also, the pool was heaving loaded with chlorine which had a slight impact on the younger children. We would rent the space again, just would hope that some of the minor issues would be addressed.

Great place for a weekend retreat with several couples. The place had a bathroom for each bedroom. It was great. Only complaint wifi was a little slow but it left more time for talking which was the whole purpose of the trip.

This property was great! Perfect for multiple families. Great area. The only thing I would have liked better was for the kitchen to be a little more stocked. There are no knives for cutting and minimal "serving/cooking items". We cooked every meal for 13 people and struggled with the items provided. Also, there was no soap in the bathrooms for washing hands. Nothing was a deal breaker, house was lovely, but it would have been nice to have a slightly more equipped kitchen for such a large group.

Property was clean and had plenty of space for our large family. Lots of amenities for all ages. Only a few mins from a grocery store and a few miles to attractions and restaurants.

The cabin was clean, well laid out, and everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The play rooms had plenty of fun games and activities for the children. The cabin was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the big bedrooms and the nice baths with each bedroom. The half baths by the family room and pool where very convenient too. The fireplaces were nice too. The hot tub was big enough for several which was nice for a large group. The pool was nice but cold( we were warned ahead of time though by your listing so not too disappointing). We called for garbage pick up and got immediate service so I would rate communication high. The location was great and very convenient to Food Lion, Starbucks, and Gatlinburg. The only problem we had was with the theater room. We could not use it. We wanted to book this same cabin next year because we loved it but my grandkids want one with a theater room that works.

Only issue we had was the keyless enter code not working upon arrival. Called and got it resolved right away. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night/early morning almost every day but shut off on its own after a minute or two.

This was our 1st cousins trip and we had a great time.

When I rented this cabin I knew I was going a little overboard considering there were only 5 of us. But it was well worth it. Such a beautiful cabin. Everyone had plenty of space and things to do. It can be hard to entertain a 13, 12, and 11 year old (all boys). But they loved it. Thank you for letting us share this wonderful cabin. It was a great trip. Would love to stay again!!!!

Overall it was one of the most relaxing vacations! The hot tub outside & the jacuzzi in the master bedrooms were something I indulged in daily. THINGS TO NOTE: -Bring your own knives to cut/chop if you’re cooking. Theirs are super dull & need to be replaced. -Smoke alarm is faulty, goes off all the time. We never contacted anyone about it we just dealt with it. -MASTER bedroom with fireplace, mattress is very springy we were sore every morning. The cure was getting epsom salt & pouring it in the tub in the room. So relaxing! Mattress probably should be replaced. Also the bed was abnormally high. If you’re 5’4 or less, bring a step stool or stilts!😆 -Theater, it was a challenge bc the WI-FI is horrendous. Finally got ONE movie 🎥🍿 to play! Theater is nice & comfy though. -Indoor pool, cold as ice. Maintenance checked it said it was at 79, but the room temp was 82. Very cozy in the room but frigid🥶 in the pool. We only swam once bc of the temperature. 😔 They said they couldn’t adjust it anymore bc it would cause the room to mold. -lots of stairs (3 flights-15 steps) 45 steps total. Not for people with mobility issues. We were surprised they didn’t have an elevator. Gas fireplace in the room, superb!! Gas fireplace in the living room, pretty to look at, but provided little warmth. Wish it had a blower! While outside relaxing on the porch we just wrapped up in blankets! *Everything else in the house was super nice, super clean and super comfy! Had a great time! **Tips- Bring 13 gal trash bags, a robe if it’s fall/winter, and memory foam slippers for those hardwood floors & stairs. OVERALL- best cabin design we’ve ever stayed in. If they work out a few of the kinks mentioned above it would be a WINNER 🏆for sure!!

We just returned from our stay at Aqua Paradise. The home is very large, and roomy. Our group of 10 were very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom and the bathrooms are very nice. Some of the beds, especially the master sit up high, so if you are short or have mobility issues, take a step stool. The counters in bathrooms are also high, you will have to help kids brush their teeth. The kitchen only had one washcloth & towel. So you will have to use towels from other parts of the house when cooking. The bedspreads aren't washed between guests, ours had stains from previous guests. So did the rug next to our bed. They do supply extra blankets in each bedroom closet, so that was nice. The lower level patio with the hot tub & sauna was dirty, many cobweds, bugs and dust. I could walk out there with bare feet. It also took me 5-10 min. to get the hot tub to shut off. There were many issues with the tech devices. The DVD player in the theater room doesn't work & the wifi isn't good, so you can't really use the theater room. Some of the remotes didn't have batteries, and the fireplaces don't turn on, maybe because it's summer. I called about it, but the answering service does not have trouble shooting info. The pool table is slanted with paper or cardboard stacked on one leg to help, but the balls still roll to one side, and the pockets have holes, so the balls fall on the floor. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it, immensily. The furniture is nice, some of the chairs & pillows are torn. The area is a neighborhood of cabins. They are all very close together. The balcony views are of the other cabins. If you want a mountain view, this area is not for you. The cabin is just a few miles from everything, and right by the arts & crafts village. Overall we had a great time.

We stayed for a weekend in the cabin. The first disappointment was the theater did not work. We chose the cabin because of this and the pool. We had communicated to the girls Friday night would be movie night and packed all the goodies for a movie night. However, theater did not work. Maintenance was called and he communicated that the owners refused to get the upgraded wifi needed to support the theater. However, the theater is still advertised. Had to move a DVD player from another room and run to a redbox to get a movie. The smoke alarm continually went off Friday night. Maintenance changed the battery. It continued after new batteries. Called again on Saturday to avoid interrupted sleep again. The maintenance team REMOVED the smoke alarm as the resolution. That night another building within sight burnt. Our girls watched the flames from the deck, all the while knowing our smoke alarm was removed (the only one in the main area). This is against code and certainly did not help us sleep that night. Called property to voice concern. Spoke to Stacey. She wanted to follow up with her maintenance team in regards to both issues and was to follow back up with me. Still do not have a response. After having a string of cabins in Sevier County burn and after experiencing wildfires of Gatlinburg, I am surprised that there was a total lack of concern for the fire code. Additionally, cannot believe the team would still advertise a theater knowing full well it will not work as the maintenance man confirmed that it was known and the owners would not spend money for the upgrade.

I was nothing short of amazing

We enjoyed the cabin for the most part. We had to call maintenance several times they were able to fix some things but other issues were to be resolved after we left. The wifi is pretty much non existent. We mainly used our phones but had to rent movies in order to utilize the theater room. The DVD player didn’t work so we used a PlayStation that we brought. The pool temperature was really cold. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful.

Cabin was awesome. Kids had time of their lives. Will definitely do again. Only negative was internet and WiFi was weak. Unable to use theater room but had plenty of other entertainment so not that much of an issue

Plenty of room for our large family. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities too. Would recommend this to travelers. The only thing was not a great view of the beautiful mountains.

We loved this home! We had 13 adults and there was plenty of room! With a bathroom for each bedroom, this was perfect! We loved all of the things to do: hot tub, pool, sauna, pool table, and other games! The WiFi wasn’t the best, as a couple people had to work remotely, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Our only ‘complaint’ is that there are A LOT of close neighbors, and it was EXTREMELY noisy at night- parties everywhere, loud music, people yelling, etc. The pictures gave me the impression that there were not other cabins so close. Overall, it’s a great place!

We had an excellent stay with friends. We were on vacation with 3 other families (8 adults, 8 kids). The home was clean and exactly as depicted! We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fireplace each morning and evening. The kids had a great time with all of the activities in the home. Plenty of room for all to spread out. The beds were so comfortable! Each of our families had a wonderful stay!
