Great location. Ocean front view was amazing.
Marlin moon restaurant served delicious food
Cleaning services didn’t come everyday and when they did it was late in the day.
Bathrooms not handicapped accessible
Pool lift doesn’t truly accommodate handicapped person ….does raise high enough. Handle should flip up.

The location and distance to some of the activities we had planned
I requested clean sheets after realizing that there was a stain on the sheets in my room. We were told that they’d send someone but the staff was preparing rooms people had checked out of. I was completely turned off by the thought that people who were not already there would be prioritized over an existing guest and asked that cleaning the sheets I was already laying on would be made a priority. I was told it would be.
I came back to a room with sheets tightly tucked and assumed everything was done.
Then, the next morning I woke up and found the exact same stain.
Needless to say I was pissed off and it was extremely unacceptable for me to sleep on forty sheets during my stay.
I also noticed that there were no cushions on my terrace chairs so someone completely dropped the ball.

needs updating , the pull out bed was dirty,furnitures are too old and window curtains have stained on them . The ceiling has cracked on it .

I loved everything about this property. When you check in they give you warm homemade chocolate chip cookies. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The room was clean with a fully stocked kitchenette.
The view from my room was a dumpster, parking lot.

Stayed here for our anniversary with no kiddos. Staff was amazing, the room was large and very comfortable, resturant there was fantastic! It is very quiet, unlike other hotels where you hear everything we heard nothing. We only had 1 small hiccup that there was a wad of hair in our shower upon arrival, but a quick phone call down to the front, and they immediately sent staff to clean the shower! Great job! Will be booking a trip in the future to enjoy with our children.

Room was more than I needed as one person but I loved it I didn't feel cooped in! I loved how close I was to the beach, the view from my room was excellent!! the bed was very comfortable, no complaints,
The pillows took a little adjusting, simply because they were not my familiar home pillow.
When I arrived at midnight, the front desk was unoccupied, I searched for someone, (all I wanted was to crawl in bed!) debated whether to knock on the office door, I spied a phone on the wall and so I used it to call the front desk which was only 30 ft from me. In a few minutes someone came out of the office, he appeared to be a little disoriented, like he may have just woke up, He was kind, and he soon had me on my way to my room.

Hotel needs a complete Rehab. Old, smelly room was falling apart. Shower head was clogged with a trickle of water to shower. Requested NOT to be near an elevator and was placed to the elevator which made a loud humming noise all night. Slept on the couch due to the noise which was extremely uncomfortable, flat stained and needed to be replaced. Room was tight luggage rack would not fight into room to upload. HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER recommend to anyone and will NEVER return to this hotel. Was informed no rooms were available to switch as the hotel was booked. Would appreciate some time of concession.

Room was good. Hotel was clean. Location was convenient.
Room was nice but not worth 1400 dollars for 2 nights. For the price we spent for the room, breakfast should’ve been included and it was not. We called to ask for an early check-in, and we did not get to check in until 20 minutes before four. There were a lot of biting flies in the lobby. The staff was not overly friendly, especially the front desk staff. We did not get any cookies upon our arrival either.

Proximity to the beach, cleanliness, and friendly environment.
Breakfast isn’t buffet. Although very expensive, you are limited to what you can have. You can have breakfast meat if you want to pay.

Pools were nice. Right on the beach.
The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Previously used towels and wash clothes were still on the floor. Balcony had used water bottles on it.

We had a great stay up until the day we were supposed to check out. Around 0900, while we were trying to get our 8 month old son down for a nap, there was an incredibly loud drilling sound coming up from above us. We were in room 807, and the noise was as if it were right above us. We had contemplated booking another night with the hotel but instead booked elsewhere. When we checked out, we were told “it’s a significant issue that needed to be fixed”. I understand that completely, but it would have been nice to know prior to us taking that room.
