Room was dirty! Shower had hair on walls, and I known blotches on bathroom walls. Pull out mattress was like a crime scene happened under sheet. Lastly, at 4a when going to bathroom cockroaches were running into the electrical outlet & behind mirror, so left light on until morning. Tried to check-out the next morning, and had no problem checking paying for the night before, just wanted refund for the remainder nights I wanted out of. Staff disgustingly rude, and under no condition what so ever do they refund any money. So, they moved us from a 1-bedroom I paid for to a studio in another bldg. So, after (2)additional night stays we didn’t stay the last night for done at work we were I. town for. Upon check out with completely different staff when asked for a receipt upon check out they said they don’t give them, and I asked about a copy of what o signed when I checked it & she stated it was for internal use only & refused to give me a copy of that as well. Please do yourself a favor & check room before you sign the form that states you get no refund for any reason that you won’t get a copy of. Ask for an itemized receipt upon check-in for your not getting one on check out. Don’t forget $20- a day for parking. WORST EXPERIENCE IN (20)YEARS OF TRAVELING FOR BUSINESS,!!

The customer service was super bad. The lady Karen was super rude. No plates or cups, no filters for the coffee maker. Need to get back to my home to pick up some plates and pans to cook. Luckily I live in the area so I was able to go and come back to their place. Cigarettes bottons on the table outside. No to much space for parking eventhough you have to paid $18.00 per day.

It was super clean close to the ocean I can see the ocean from the apartment and housekeeping was amazing always attentive

The line to check in took hours. Only one employee to check in everyone from the couple hotels that company runs. The girl at front desk was great and did her best. She couldn’t keep up. Terrible. The apartment had only 2 towels in bathroom. I asked to have more and a broom to sweep floor myself which I don’t mind. I hate walking in sandy floor in your apartment for i reason when I can sweep. NOTHING Se t to our room after asking. Lack of personnel like every where now a days spent all weekend w 2 towels for 3 people , no broom to sweep, animals between the walls of the bedroom , bed linen felt as if it was dusty, a full kitchen but not one pot ir cooking item. I can go on and I rather not. I don’t mind even spending the weekend like this ... is just INE weekend but what bothers me is that this cost me $1000 for 2 nights. This room should be no more than $80 per night for the condition it’s in. I hope booking dot com website and or America express can return at least half my money.

Close access to the broad walk & beach in Hollywood. The King bed was comfortable. The TV's were updated.

The Google reviews said they spent 2020 updating it and to come back an try again. The Sea Turtle hotel is absolutely NOT updated. Tile missing in the shower was stuffed with sea shells. Holes punch in the bdrm door. The main A/C did not work and after calling twice they still never showed up or called back with a solution. Only had window unit in the bedroom. No bath mat (we used a wash cloth) - only 2 towels - nothing for my hair. New towels left in a bag on the door knob. Very low quality room for an exorbitant price! The check in place is 4-5 blocks away although that was no big deal just inconvenient.

Not much to like about this hotel or Hollywood Beach Hotels in general. We were fifty steps to the beach which made up for an absolutely disgusting hotel. Cockroaches, renovations, filthy floors, very soft bed, electrical hazards, condom left behind. The staff are rude and don't care how bad the place is.

I recommend stay far away from this hotel and all Hollywood beach hotels. The place is filthy - walk barefoot for 5 minutes and your feet bottoms are black. Roach infestation in the kitchen and some in the bathroom. Air conditioning does not work in the apartment - only the bedroom. They were doing renovations the entire time we were there. They only give you two towels at a time - we were three people. It's a full apartment, but they don't provide ANY soap, shampoo, sponges, etc. The place is a total disaster. If you live in the third world or are used to living in filth, this might be the perfect place for you.

unadvertised construction, from morning until night, dirt dust sawing pounding, the shower had no pressure the toilet did not flush, the water was turned off for part of a day unannounced, no parking at our building as construction workers parked in our spots, unhelpful desk personnel, and rude, I have videos and photos for the asking I would be happy to share if it keep anyone else from a horrible experience they are unwilling to make any sort of restitution stay someplace reputable. don't believe them if they try to make any excuses in a reply they just don't care!!!!!!
