The smell inside the lobby! So intense Beds were very uncomfortable. What has happened to have such an uncomfortable bed.

The front desk staff was amazing. Put me at ease and helped me coordinate my friends room next to mine.

Parking in the evening was scare. I had to Park at the curb.

OMG when we arrive front desk service was hands down,so nice show me where everything was it was awesome,,even the staff at table28 hands down to Tamera

It was nothing I didn't like ,I would recommend this place to everyone

The check in representative. The lady who checked us in had an attitude and was unfriendly. She didn't say where the elevator was or the room number and where it was located. She handed me the room key and helped the next person.
