The receptionist on Sunday morning check out was very rude.

Do not advertise what you do not offer. The wifi does not work

I only needed a single bed they gave me a double bed and it's way too small. There are burn holes in the blanket and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. When I come in town for work I want a single bed. And there double rooms the bed sheets aren't fitted so they slide off

They over charged me $20 . I booked my room online and he charged me a extra 20. I book here alot for work and it's always the same price. I won't leave a good review if it happens again.

No hot water in the sink and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. It was a non smoking room

The location

My keycard stopped workig for my room after multiple tries by management, I was moved rooms to a room that had not been cleaned. There was pee in the toilet, towels were dirty on the floor beds were not made. So I had to change rooms for a 3rd time. Person working overnight was asleep everytime I came in for help. I also received a call from the hotel 4 hours after my checkout that I had left a bunch of baby stuff in my original room. I do not have a baby.

When the sewer rat went back down the toilet! The wife was right! Keep the lid down!

Continually improving quality! Actually had a working heater.

Had fridge but no microwave. 1/4" blanket in winter. Could rent or sell comforters as a sideline! Maybe even sell Carhartt thermals!

It looks like they've been fixing the place up. The heater actually worked!
