I’m not saying all the staff were rude, but there was a specific woman that worked at night that was super rude and unprofessional! No hospitality at all, I don’t even know how she works in a hotel dealing with people from all over! she called me out my name and was very argumentative! Do better.

The hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room. I still got charged and waiting for my refund.

Wasn't greeted when checking in. Beds were double and not queen as I thought but that may have been mistaken. I thought breakfast was included but there was nothing. Eating place was closed and snack area that you could buy snacks was very limited!

The location was fine . The hotel did not offer breakfast, everything was shut down .

The hotel did not have hand soap . The sheet are dirty and had blood on the corner of the bed . The curtains were completely stained. And you could not rise them up . The only chair was completely on a poster, the leather would come off on your skin or clothes when you would sit in it . The hotel refused to give us fresh towels . The attendance at the front staff was rude. Would not give their names . No manager on duty. When I brought up the blood on the bed sheets to the front house desk they said it was ok and acceptable since the body was not touching it. I am requesting a full refund

KEEP IT MOVING!! THIS IS NOT THE ONE! KEEP LOOKING! Normally, I check the reviews before I book. Definitely a big mistake on my part! All the reviews are dead on! This property is really, really outdated. They overprice the rooms. If I hadn’t went past my deadline for cancellation, I would have went somewhere else. I asked for a early check-in weeks ago and they told me to call the morning of to check. Called at 9am, Then she said to call at 12 pm and of course when I called again, she claimed that there weren’t any rooms available. So, when I got to the hotel, there were literally 5 dang cars in the parking lot and about 10 when I came back late that night from my event. By the way, this is a holiday weekend! The parking should have been packed! The thing is…this hotel is down on their luck since the owner died. I found this out from a local. I saw one dang housekeeper. Check out my photos. Normally, the lobby looks great. Even the furniture down there is worn out. I’m glad I only booked one night! Then they asked if I was coming back. H@ll nawl, I’m not coming back!! I work too hard for my change to stay in a dump like this! By the way, they have a human trafficking warning sign by the elevators. I found that to be really strange. Maybe, that’s something new that the hotels are posting now. It scared the living daylights out of us.

There were no vending machines to be found anywhere. I could smell marijuana in the hallways (typical for Florida) and the air conditioning machine in our room sucked.

Not very clean hotel , its on very good location for my needs at that moment . Stuff were good and nice. Kitchen /resturant was close . i will never stay there again.

our first room had no AC and the TV didn’t work. our 2nd room we were placed in wasn’t cleaned properly and I found garbage in the fridge, behind a chair and dirty diapers in the closet

It was close to home Stayed because I was worried about some trees going down during hurricane

I did like that the electricity went out and back on 3 different times When we did leave. We took the stairs. Did not want to take the chance of elevator I don't understand what was on the window. That not a curtain or blinds
