It was the same as any other time

My room had roaches never had a problem like that before and housekeeping came in before my check out time never experienced that before neither it felt I was being rushed out

Location was good

The tiolet was rocky. The pull out bed was dirty. I asked for extra blanket and they told me they didn’t have anymore. The rooms need updating.

Everything was clean an it didn't cost a whole lot an the staff was nice.

I liked the kitchen and how big the room was. It was a nice place to stay for the value.

The place could use some better upkeep but it is the end of summer and most construction at hotels in south texas takes place during winter

I liked that the room was filled with items needed. It made it feel like s residence and not just a hotel.

I didn't like that there was mold in my room, it had a smell upon arrival, the food wasn't properly cooked and that's dangerous. I had to go recook it in my room. And I especially didn't appreciate being mislead. I booked the room to relax in the hot tub.. there was no working hot tub. I wouldn't have booked if I knew that.. I feel cheated!! The staff was however very friendly and perfessional.

There was mold in the room on the ceiling, refrigerator and cabinet door.

The smell of mold in room and hallway. Hallway also was nasty looking walls need to be painted floor need to be pulled up redone .Under frig.need cleaning in room you can look down the side and see how old and nasty it is.

Everything else. No cart when I got there. No cart when I left. Had to make trips back and forth to get all my stuff in my room and car. They give me a laundry cart to put my things in. REALLY 😡 These hotel is a -9 This use to be a nice place to stay, but now it's so run down. I should be given my money back.

I liked when I left...

Our room was not up to part. The housekeeper lied on us. the bathroom door got stuck, and it took them literally 2 hours to come see about it. For the price I paid, I was expecting better. They only have 1 elevator, which was scary. My kids wouldn't even get on it.
