Close to everything
Was not what I expected my 2 yr old could not enjoy much at the park

Great family ( of all ages) friendly resort that never disappoints! Something for everyone!
Need the zip line back!!! Was our family's favorite! Our vacation was not the same without it 😢 💔

We enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the park. Lots to do for the kids and adults. We enjoyed the lazy River. Breakfast was seamless.
Room was just ok- It served it’s purpose. The tub was old and looked dirty from years of use. There was a horrible sewer smell on our first day which they cleaned the morning of Day 2 so the smell was less noticeable. Would of been nice to have another food option and bar available on site since you can’t bring anything in with you.

I paid for 3 nights, I only stayed for 1 night. My room was not cleaned, the spa pool was dirty and there were several smaller children without their parents and there was no lifeguard on site, nothing that was said on the website was in this resort … I do not recommend it and I won't be back anymore

lazy River was ok
room was so bad it is like one star hotel.

Bathroom is remodeled and clean.
Lots of life guards. Safety is good at the park.
Not much else special. There’s an office chair in the room … not sure why.
The part of the hotel we stayed at is 5 mins walk to the water park. And its not a safe walk. Next to a busy county road with lots of traffic during the day. A block of it is not even paved. So you have to walk on the road. They should make Pavement and cut off the leaves that’s blocking the way.
No do not disturb sign to use. The maid bang on your door on the morning like FBI agents. Water Park is crowded. Long long line for food and drinks. No point waiting.

facility is not too clean. our linens where not changed the whole 5-day duration of our stay.

The kids love it-
We stayed in a location “452 main” far for a walk and you have to drive to the Resort. nothing was said about it when I booked my room.

Convenient shop location I could walk to them and Dunkin’ Donuts
They had a mix up on the room and Harassed up about four times till they figured it out I was a little upset

We had a blast with the kids. The inflatable park was awesome and we will definitely be back next year
The bathroom was a little outdated because the drain cover was loose. (We have 3 year old so they like to play w everything).

I could have just skipped the facility and went straight to the water park.
I had the family room with no table or chairs. Family of 4 people have to sit on the bed to eat. Sheets on the bed had dog hair all over it!
They had 1-working light in the room. The other 2 lights did not work. Thank God for natural light from the window.
Bathroom- the toilet rock back on forth like you riding a horse.
Television- did not work properly- the picture quality was so poor can hardly see anything.
So over all we just love the water park- THATS IT!
