the rooms were very clean, the outdoor pool area was enjoyable. everything about the property was nice and exceptional

Incredible stay, exceeded expectations. Felt like an all inclusive! The drinks and food were amazing. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Pool was relaxing. Will definitely come back again!

such a cool, laid back vibe! All of the furniture and decor is beautiful and must have all been hand picked. We love the pool, the staff is so welcoming and good with our 2 year old! We will be back for years to come

The ambiance is amazing feels very relaxed and earthy. The kids loved that the pool was open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the music that played around. Rooms where decently sized. The decor was amazing and very old school with a little bit of edge.Will definitely recommend and we'll stay again.

Only one thing that I could say was that there was no microwaves in the room.

Pool hot tub

Needs updating and no small kids with bounce balls in hot tub. Would be nice if they had adult swim Hour maybe 9 till 10.

The location is great and it's easy to get anywhere. Everything was nice and clean and we loved it. We will definitely be back.

the property was centrally located to where we were visiting and had lots of shops within walking distance, and a liquor store and ice cream shop right next door.

Our first room we stayed in smelled strongly of urine on the carpet in a corner and our window locks were broken.

It looks ALOT bettrr on website. We weren't aware there was a very lsrge group staying there until after we arrived. Couldn't even get through the parking lot without having to ask them to move. Overcrowded. People set up chairs in the parking lot unable to use the pool due to overcrouding. And extremely loud running back and forth yelling . Not mgmt. fault pparents just let probably 75-100 kids run around no supervision or courtesy for other guests. Manager DID ask them to quiet down after I asked her if they could do anything about the slamming of doors and running back and forth

Very good location in Yarmouth. Pool and spa were still open for use. Coffee was available.

Room was outdated and the one room we booked had issues with the door locking/unlocking.

It was in a good location as we wanted to go to Seagull Beach
