One of the front desk attendants was fabulous. I think his name was David. Very nice guy, does a great job making guests feel welcome, etc.
Bathroom was a little rough. Wallpaper peeling, ceiling was grimey, needed to be washed and/or painted.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable
The pool is under construction and ice machines weren’t working

It was convenient and the rooms were nice.
The staff was not friendly. I was there 4 nights and never once had my room cleaned or new linens provided. My trash cans were running over.

Room was very good for the cost. Guess that means good value. Bathroom good - liked having the large vanity in bathroom.
I wish they would not have put us by the elevator! I didn't realize how noisy it would be until after we were unpacked and then didn't want to ask to move at that point.

Everything, location was close to Casino.
Easy to locate.
Staff was very nice.
The only I didn't like was the flooring, not carpet like most hotels.
When everything is good it's hard to find anything bad.

Everything is near to go places.
The pool was down. And room is not clean on a daily basis. Even if they clean every 2 days would be great. Or at least take out trash and refresh.

The shower was good. Liked the adjustable shoulder head. Nice flooring.
Breakfast was not good. For a hotel with the name it was very disappointing. The very small pancakes were rubbery. Ants in the room. I have a video of them.

No iron. Open wires from a unit. Soiled and dirty furniture in the room. No sofa as advertised on website.

the bed was comfortable
outdated and broken furniture in the room. We weren’t able to use the pullout couch because it was broken. The night lady at the FD was very rude.

the hole in the bathroom ceiling exposing water pipes and we had ants though out the room.

They had nothing for breakfast and the rooms were kinda gloomy

We had a great trip I want to thank the person whom checked us in and took care of us during our stay as we were there for my ex-husband passed away
That the bananas weren't ripe and no gravy on the breakfast bar .

I liked the location of this hotel, the room was nice and the price was reasonable.
My only complaint was the elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor so hard to move a lot of luggage.

The size of the room and the separated rooms were great. Location right off freeway as well…
My room was clean but after being in for a few minutes I noticed there was a lingering smell like somebody had a dog in the room… I went to the store and bought candles and air freshener
