The location and the seemingly cheaper price. The bed was comfortable.

Very dingy looking when entering. The carpets were dirty and stained. The pillows are very small and tiny for beds, not your typical hotel room pillows. There was a mouse in my room. The staff upon entering for checkout was rude. Cancelled my reservation an hour prior to my arrival at 6pm because they tried charging my card ahead of time and it didn't go through, meanwhile I wasn't to be charged until arrival. Could use and update in general as well.

comfortable beds, quiet, looked and smelled very clean, close to interstate and restaurants near. nice little breakfast, nothing too crazy. although they were short staffed, the man helping me got me into a room quickly and even upgraded me to a bigger room with no charge.

Disliked staff coming into room to clean While we were in there. Shower leaked, cigarette smoke filled room, heard kids upstairs running …. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Realized we left expensive headphones behind and went to get them, we were sure they'd been found because they had been on the bed. Room was already cleaned - no headphones in sight. Asked manager, he said no headphones turned in but feel free to look in the room. Spent some time looking, nothing. Asked the housekeeper who cleaned the room and she denied finding any. But these are airpods (250$ headphones by the way) so I sent my boyfriend back inside with my phone to track them down. Led him to the location of the housekeeping cart. When he offered to play the sound to help locate them, the housekeeper admitted she 'may' have found some after all and promptly produced my headphones from somewhere on her cleaning cart. Overall very upset to have wasted 30 minutes looking for headphones that were in someone's possession with no intention of being returned until it was discovered that we could find them with a locator and a sound.

The breakfast was ok, had a nice would variety. And the location was very convenient.

Would have liked a bathtub. The room got warm, ac didn't turn on the toilet roll holder fell apart. The carpet didn't seem very clean. Didn't like the bed, too small.

The rating is good thats why we were disapointed, too pricey for such poor quality stay, unclean, we came in just for sleep at night and was too tired to ask for another room since we came 3am. Breakfast poor

Breakfast was tasty. Lots of selections.

3rd Floor hallway smelled like stale cigarettes. Pool needed a thorough scrubbing. Burn holes in curtains and top covers.
