Such a great location, walked to several places. Beach was calm & in a quiet spot. The condo itself had everything you could think of and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, even aloe Vera in the bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & utensils. A few more spices & some oil olive would’ve been nice. The beds & the couch are super comfy. I’d totally stay again!

Staying here at the Vistas was a great trip for our sister’s getaway. Everything was so convenient with access to beach, pool, dining and entertainment. I would highly recommend this place and unit.

This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and. 2nd time in this same unit. We loved it the last time we stayed and loved it again. The condo was perfect for our needs! We will be back! Lauren was wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful. The property was in the perfect location on the beach and we had all the necessary chairs, umbrellas, and toys. What a wonderful time!

This condo was great! They had plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with on the beach. They also had beach towels to use as well. We really enjoyed staying here and not having to cross a busy road to get to the beach! The owners answered questions promptly! Thank you for a great spring break!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vistas on the Gulf😀 The condo has a great half view of the ocean from the balcony. There are plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and all the beach toys that were available. We would definitely recommend this condo and will plan to go back. Lauren was great with responding back quickly. Great vacation area!!

The distance from this condo to the beach was perfect for us, very helpful that the condo had beach chairs for guests as well. St. Pete Beach is a beautiful place.

We enjoyed our short stay. Unusually cold while there, so it was nice to come back to a warm apartment after a cold walk on the beach. Everything in working order, partial view of ocean nice, and even though we didn't use the pool, saw some use it even at 46°. Thanks 😊

Great location and access to the beach

The condo was clean, the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but not everyone prefers the same bed we do. The building itself needs attention. There was a horrible smell of urine/musty in the entryway for the elevators. Would more than likely not stay again, only for the reasoning of the building facilities. The unit itself was okay.

We just finished our week stay. We had a great time and loved the location. We have stayed at St. Pete Beach many times and loved it. We wanted to try a condo for more space. -Location was perfect. You walk right out to the beach. -Beaches here were not crowded at all and you have plenty of space to set up and play. - Condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. - The condo not only had beach chairs to use but also had an umbrella and a cooler! So helpful so you can pack lunch and drinks to spend all day at the beach. - Convenient to so many restaurants! My only concern was I texted the owner twice about the microwave handle being broken and never heard back. I double checked I had the correct number. I just wanted to let them know we found it like that so they were aware and so we weren't charged. My one recommendation is to add a large 5qt pot. This is a very small thing, but we try to cook half our meals while on vacation and I needed a big pot for them. It was not a big deal, I bought one at Walmart for $20. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights in June. I have thought about how to rate the rental to be fair as a renter and to the owner, as I appreciate reading feedback from others. Pros: -Excellent location on the beach - can walk to restaurants and activities, lounge chairs & cabana available to rent -Pool area and pool bathroom was clean and well kept, and plenty of space when we were there -Easy booking accommodations and communication with the owner were strong and frequent. I appreciated having direct access to the owner for questions and help. -Access to the unit was easy with the keypad and getting the parking pass -Able to book for less than a week which is helpful when splitting a trip between two locations; was able to pay for a late check-out due to availability of the unit -Provided beach chairs and an umbrella (we used one folding chair), a cooler and icepacks, boogie boards, and beach towels -Curtains in the main room and primary bedroom were great -Deck was nice for reading or eating -Welcome binder was helpful for restaurants and activities -Starter toiletries, paper goods, and kitchen essentials were available -Was able to fit two parents and two older teens well Cons:-Primary bedroom bed and pillows were not comfortable -Parking for our mid-sized SUV along the fence line was possible this week, but all the spots were full at night. If we weren't there early enough to get a spot, our rental car would not have fit into the designated parking number, and I am not sure what we would have done. This is not on the owner to fix, but helpful to be aware of as a renter. -Unit did not feel clean overall other than a surface level dusting/cleaning - everything is grimy and old - dishes in the cabinets had dried food on them, shower heads need to be replaced as they are very old, cushions on the dining chairs are dirty, all closets, cabinets, shelves, and open spaces need to be deep cleaned, felt the need to wear socks or flip flops in the unit, washing machine/dryer is old, and it sounds as if the washing machine (very loud during each load) has bearing or other mechanical issues that need to be fixed or replaced - overall it was not a relaxing space for our family to come back to after a day out at the beach, pool or another activity but we would stay at the Vistas again. I did not share this during our stay with the owner because nothing needed to change while we were there. It is more to provide feedback for the future.

The staff were so friendly, extremely accommodating, location was on the beach. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!

All amenities needed are available. Just a bit tired. Rugs need to go and blind in the front bedroom. Very spacious and bright.

Room for 3 adults too small. The master bedroom was perfect .

Property needs some TLC. 2 broken hair dryers (still mounted to the wall) 2 closet doors that fall off their tracks on 1 opening, no bedding for pull-out couch (minimal), bedding needs to be upgraded/swapped with new. Cabinet in bathroom hangin on 1 hinge, new faucet needed in bathroom (ensuite), mold on shower curtain. Condo needs TLC.

The location of this property is great. Walk right out to the beach, quick drive to food and shops. Pool and hot tub are lovely, on-site staff is friendly and delightful. Unit was spacious, with great outdoor patio and partial ocean view. Unit amenities felt unclean, broken or old and many things missing. We did not have toilet paper, trash bags, no extra blankets. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our time in St. Pete, and the unit had what you would expect a beach condo rental to provide. Just needs a little more upkeep and maintenance to turn it from a good solid rental into a great one.

The location, ease of use of the property, and the amenities are wonderful. There could be some enhancements made to the condo itself to elevate it a tad: the shower liners were very industrial and heavy letting little light in when you showered, some Type of skid resistant apparatus could be added to the bathtubs as the bathtubs were very slippery, The cushions on the dining room chairs were very tattered from use and some of the throw pillows had seen better days. However, while that is all very nitpicky, I would stay in the condo again.

Everything went great and communication was great as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed. This was the second VRBO we used on this trip and it went much better than our last rental. Everything we needed was included; sun screen, dish soap/ dishwasher detergent, toilet paper / paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent/fabric softener sheets, bodyboards/sand toys, etc. The last house literally had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that was it. The closet that some reviewers complain about wasn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Yes, it is full, but it was well organized. In the small closet you will find beach chairs, tons of sand toys (enough for all four of our kids to use without fighting over who gets what), 5+ body boards, a beach umbrella, cooler, beach bags and other items we didn't use. We used everything that we needed and had zero problems putting everything back and closing the door. The TV had Disney+ and Netflix on it, so after spending all day at the beach it was nice to put on a family movie to wind down the night before bed. The kids used and enjoyed the pool as well. The best part was not having to cross any streets to get to the beach or to have to worry about parking. You literally come down from the condo and walk out of the gate straight to the beach. As for any negatives the place could use a good deep clean behind dressers and couches. Everything in the open, bathrooms and beds were all very clean, but when my kid dropped a toy behind the couch and we pulled it back there were silverware and other items behind the couch. Behind dressers and under items were dirty with dust bunnies and other items, but like I said all surfaces and the main areas were clean. I work in the hotel industry so this is always something that I check. A few items also need minor repairs, but that is with any rental. For the price and location I would overall say this was a great stay and would stay again.

We will stay here again 100%. The condo is exactly as described. It located right on the beach (what more could one ask for). It was perfect for our family. Lauren was so amazing and quick to respond if you needed anything. Her condo deserves 5 stars and Lauren deserves an additional 5 stars! I absolutely adore the location of the property and the additional beach accommodations (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc) but was extremely disappointed in the conditions of the property as far as cleanliness and furniture items in the unit. The cleaning staff have most likely not dusted in several months causing to leave dirt on anything that touches the tops of most furniture items and lamps, the counters remained greasy and the top of the fridge dark in appearance. Besides the cleanliness a lot of items are outdated, torn and discolored. It is very unfortunate that the cleaning staff does such a poor job and I feel the owner should be made aware. I’m sure the cleaning company provided is paid for accordingly and should not short change the owners of this property. I would stay again if property was cleaned with some sort of purpose but find it unfortunate that this should even be an issue for the owner who seems to be a decent person.

The check-in process was super easy and when had a couple questions, Lauren was super responsive and easy to reach. The coffee maker wasn't working (which is crippling for us) and she immediately ordered a new one and had it delivered directly! We made use of a lot of the supplies that were provided for beach fun and the pack n play was great to have. You can see the beach from the balcony, but its mostly a view of the parking lot and pool, and there is a little bit of street noise in the unit because its more on the street side than the beach side. But it was quiet enough for our two young kids to sleep well. Overall such a lovely week!!

The condo is nice with a seashore ambiance, it has a few extras with beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. View from the spacious balcony is a partial ocean. it could use an update on the appliances but for the price & location its a great deal.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and much more. The owner is super nice and very accommodating. It’s literally right on the beach! This place and area did not disappoint. We had kids and they loved this place also tons of stuff to do in the area also. We would hands down stay there again!

We had a group of 6 ladies and this place was perfect! Just as described and the owner was amazingly accommodating. We had rented a couple rooms at a resort that had cancelled us 5 days prior due to short staffing/ Covid. I reached out and she communicated with us immediately and was in fact able to accommodate us such last minute. Only concern which definitely isn’t a complaint is with 6 women, we used more TP. Only suggestion was supplying more but again not a complaint! :) place was clean and we can’t say enough good things about this place and owner. Would definitely stay again for future trips!

Location is everything and this place has it. Easy access to beach and walkable to restaurants and grocery store. The place itself was fine. Several items were either broken or unusable both in the unit and on the property but didn’t deter from the great beach experience. Be aware, it is not a new unit so adjust your expectations accordingly.
