5th year in a row to stay at this condo and we’ll never book anywhere else in Destin. The best vibe and the best location! Can’t say enough good things about the shower, too. :)

This spot was perfect to be in the heart of Destin. It was just off the main road making it quiet as well as the beach was less crowded than other properties. Wonderful gulf view from the room. We enjoyed our time at this property.

We had a great trip to Destin! The condo and amenities were exactly as advertised online and convenient to everything. We had a snag when we first arrived, but that was VRBO’s fault, issues with their app and the communication feature. Randy, the condo owner was an amazing help and expedient in helping our check-in process.

Simply loved the condo. Everything about it was perfect. Very very well maintained.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway this is the perfect place. My husband and I stayed here for our 10th Anniversary Celebration and we loved it. This Condo was very clean when we arrived. We never heard any loud noise. It was very easy to get to the beach being that it’s not a huge property, we loved that. The Ocean View from the Condo was Beautiful. There was everything that we needed in the Condo. The only thing missing was an iron. I know you’re wondering who irons at the beach? I needed to iron my outfit when we were going out to dinner. Other than that it was perfect. I would Not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was a Pleasure staying here!

Property was as described. Beautiful beachfront location. Beach was really clean and as nice as any beach we have visited. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Beach wasn’t crowded while we were there. We will likely book again. 😎👍

We have stayed here twice now and love the location and the cleanliness and how well stocked it is.

We recently stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks. It never happens, right, but this condo is even better in person. The photos are great, but it's actually even more beautiful once you are inside. The property was immaculate, updated, bright and had an amazing shower. I need to upgrade our shower at home now since we were spoiled. The unit has a million dollar view of the gulf and we enjoyed watching the birds, waves, sunsets and beauty from the balcony. It's away from the pool and totally quiet all day and night. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus as it was too cold to swim in the gulf. The size of the building complex and location were ideal. We are not fans of high rises. Many snow birds return here year after year and we met lovely people and even celebrated a birthday dinner with our new found friends. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to return again.

The condo was nicely renovated and had all the basics we needed. When we had questions, Randy responded immediately and was very thorough in the information he provided. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the view from the 3rd floor. The one time we contacted manager he quickly responded and everything worked out great.

Had a slight inconvenience on night one and the property owner was extremely quick to respond and was out first thing the next morning to fix it. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Destin Beach Club staff was also very pleasant.

Perfect place for our weekend getaway. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to a great restaurant, and amazing view of the beach/water. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with easy beach access! It was our first beach trip as a family and our toddler had a blast. I really appreciate how toddler-safe the property was. Everything was super clean and all of the amenities were working perfectly. Definitely going to keep this property in mind for future Destin visits!

The property was great ! Good location, clean, and in good condition. The only negative for us was the couch was a bit small and not very comfortable. But, who comes to the beach to sit on the couch anyway? Would stay here again.

My husband and I just spent 4 nights is this beautiful condo. Owner has gone above and beyond making this very inviting. The office staff were always kind and helpful. The pool is very clean and of course the beach is second to none. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

I recently had the most unforgettable vacation at the beach front rental! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering ocean right outside my window. The location was perfect - just steps away from the soft sandy shore, allowing me to wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves each morning, only issue was we were not able to stay longer due to our own time constraints. The interior of the rental was nothing short of spectacular. The decor was tastefully done, giving the space a luxurious yet cozy vibe. The open-concept living area made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of swimming. I particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Dining with the sound of waves crashing in the background was a magical experience. The highlight, of course was the beach itself which was walking distance away, we rented chairs and umbrella from the front office for around 35 dollars. The property's amenities were outstanding, too. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean was a fantastic alternative to the beach, and the hot tub offered relaxation under the stars. The attentive and friendly staff made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I can confidently say that this beachfront rental surpassed all my expectations. Definitely a place we will be retuning too.

We have been coming to Destin for over 10 years. This has been the best condo we have stayed in. We have stayed at the Destin beach club before but this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Beautifully updated and very clean.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I to spend a long weekend without the kids. Gorgeous place with gorgeous views! Very clean, quiet area. The host was wonderful and quick to return communication. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been staying at this exact condo for years and it’s hands down the best location with the best views of the beach!! Very nice, updated, clean, and everything you could need is at this condo. Love having only one row of umbrellas on the beach and being able to walk to our favorite restaurant, the Back Porch. We’ll have to book early for this gem, but we’ll be back!

The place was beautiful. Very close to the beach. Great view and very spacious for a family of five. Close to everything. We had a good time and will plan to come back later.

Overall our family vacation was great . Perfect location with short walking distance to the beach and shopping center in Destin. Kids loved the pool & hot tub. Room is nicely renovated. Only issue we had the floor & bed sheets were not cleaned upon arrival and 1 of the bathrooms’ door doesn’t shut all the way. There were a lot of hair & sand on the floor, we had to sweep the floor and wash the white bed sheets .

I definitely recommend staying here! The condo was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Right across the street is an arcade, putt putt and go carts which is super convenient if you have kids! It was a great stay!

Unit 306 was clean and just as advertised. Very nice spot to get married on the beach right in front of the property

This is a great place for a couple. Very bright and all new upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Husband said shower in master bath was possibly best shower he had every seen. Washer and dryer a plus. View is great. You don't even have to stand up to see the beach and ocean from the sofa. Beach was uncrowded and place is very centrally located. Owner is very easy to communicate with and his top priority is to give his guests a great experience. If there is an issue, do not hesitate to reach out. Even with just two people, the extra bathroom is great. Umbrellas and chairs are not included in rental but can be easily reserved in the office. All codes worked without trouble. TV in living room is great. Hope to go back again.

I never write reviews but this one i had to! Upon arrival, the unit was exceptionally clean. Very easy access to the beach especially with our small children. The condo was very updated, the master bath shower was to die for! The only suggestion i have is maybe to add an extra deadbolt lock or safety lock at the top? Our 4 year old was able to open the door very easily so we felt a little uneasy but other than that, it was perfect!
