Favolosa casa sulla spiaggia semplice con tutti i comfort. In strada senza uscita con grande cortile, terrazza, patio, DOCCIA ESTERNA. La casa ha solo 14 anni, quindi tutto è nuovo e pulito. Il piano superiore (3 BR, 1 bagno) è stato appena completato nell'agosto del 2019 e dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata!
Rilassati sul ponte o nel patio dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Camera matrimoniale molto grande con ampio armadio al primo piano. La seconda camera da letto al primo piano ha due letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in cuccetta se lo si desidera. Bagno completo su ogni piano. Tre camere da letto al piano superiore.
Cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frullatore, lo chiami tu) con zona pranzo separata che si apre sul ponte e sul patio.
Vicino a spiagge cittadine e statali, negozi, ristoranti, gelaterie, ecc. Minuti dal traghetto di Block Island, 25 minuti a Newport.

Our only little hiccup was difficulty locating the wifi password but the owner eventually got it to us. Otherwise the listing was accurate and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

We stayed for a week with our adult children, granddaughter and a dog! We loved it! It was clean and comfortable! There were plenty of rooms! The bathrooms were excellent! It was during an exceptionally hot week and the house remained nice and cool! The street has little to no traffic as it is a dead end and thereby really quiet! We loved being able to walk to a variety of places to eat! There was a small park within walking distance. We were able to walk with the dog on side streets that were off the main road. The beaches were really relatively close and easy to access, and there were places to go and other types of activities for members of the family that are not total beach lovers, including just hanging out at the house! Our host was a great communicator and left detailed information on all things about the house. Definitely will return here when we go back to this area! We LOVED it!!

The property is lovely. We were there for a family wedding and the accommodations were perfect. We especially enjoyed the back patio with the large table and umbrella. It allowed us to be outside even with some rain showers! The location is excellent walking distance from restaurants and the water.

This property was perfect. 6 adults and our dog had plenty of room and enjoyed the private back yard the only thing I would have liked would be some updated pots and pans. Although I love to cook and am very picky so if not cooking… and a pot and pan snob…it was perfect. Will tent here again

The location is great. Upgrading a very low and uncomfortable sofa would greatly improve the comfort of the living room. One of the guests hurt himself when a kitchen chair collapsed on him. And other one also broke. He is not an overly big man.
We like to cook and the cookware and bakeware were well worn. There was only one larger bowl.
The bathrooms were nicely done and the decor was lovely.

First Suzie is a good communicator which is essential to a good vacation rental experience.
The house was as advertised. The house was clean. The linens were good. For us, the location was good. We could walk into town. Good parking.

Plenty of rooms, lovely back yard setting for conversation or meditation, easy walk to the sea wall and beach, near Crazy Burger and coffee, perfect outdoor shower, efficient kitchen for all needs. Thank you for great memories.

We enjoyed our stay. House is nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walkable distance to the shoreline and beach.

Me and my family had an amazing time. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had a large group and was able to sit comfortably while watching a movie, playing games and eating. The beach is right down the road with lots of places to explore. Suzie was the nicest, kindest, gracious host.

9 of us stayed at this home, and it was perfect. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and talking and the location was perfect for taking walks to the beach, to get ice cream or coffee. Check in was super easy and Karen was a great resource when checking in.

We needed more room for our family vacation so 2 families stayed here. They loved the location & especially the patio for breakfast each day. The twin beds were perfect do the cousins could sleep in a different room night by night. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Five of us got together for a long weekend just to enjoy each others company. House was fabulous and just what we needed. Susan was very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions immediately, and did everything she could to make our stay great. We had a fantastic time.

We are a group of seven women & this house worked out great for us ! Kitchen set up had everything we needed, The Big table on the outdoor patio was great , beds very comfortable & love that there are two rooms w twin beds , enough room for all ! Weather was not cooperative so the ferry to Block Isl was out , but we are already talking about going back next year. Great spot !

It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!!
We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything was perfect!

This 5 bedroom property was just what we needed. We were all attending a wedding that week. It is listed as a 3 bathroom but there are only 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The bathrooms are nice and we were able to all get ready for all the events with no issues. We walked to the beach every day.

My family and I were in town for my sister's wedding, 7 adults and a toddler. This house was perfect; very clean and very comfortable. The outdoor area was a great addition that we were also able to enjoy.

We had a great stay on Blossom Way! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is clean and updated, and the back yard seating areas are lovely - much nicer than the photos on line.

Delightful house with great patio! Everything just perfect! We drove to the two nearby state beaches and then could come home to a nice yard where by 2 1/2 year old could run around while we relaxed. All the facilities were great and the tips for places to eat in the area where great. Definitely a return is in the works!

We were very pleased with the house. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, the beach, and shopping, and an easy drive to the state beach. The house was very comfortable.

This was our second time staying at this home. The location is unbeatable and the house is really perfect for a beach getaway. You are near the center of town and a short drive to all beaches. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped. The newer upstairs rooms are light and airy with plenty of sleeping space for several family members.
Communication with Suzie was so easy and she is very thorough with her instructions and recommendations for places to visit in the area! We would definitely love to visit again.

Suzie's house was the perfect spot to host a Bachelorette party for 9 women! The house was HUGE and the pictures did not do the upstairs space justice; the bathroom was spectacular and spacious areas (no one was on top of each other). The downstairs (kitchen/living space) was relaxing and comfortable. The outside patio was probably the best part for hosting. Awesome house, host and location!

My family, dogs, and I enjoyed so much our time on Narragansett at Suzie’s house. The house was nice and clean. It’s well located, and it is a short walk to the beach. We definitely would come back and Recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay in this Narragansett house with 7 adults and a 4 year-old. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the owner responded promptly to all queries. The location was great, we walked to restaurants and the pier. Lovely time!
